Campaign Loading Screen

You have probably answered a lot of questions similar to this one, but I've given up searching through the forums, seeing as most of the results I receive are irrelevant to what I am searching for.

My question: How do you make a loading screen, but not just an ordinary loading screen that is made when you use 'Loading Screen Creator' (Magos' Model Editor) on a BLP texture. I want to know how you add and place the other details, like in the Campaign Loading Screens: the QuelthalasLocationIcons.blp, the star1.blp, the Race Symbol and the animations used for separate Loading Screens (NightElf01, NightElf02, etc.).

I'd be grateful if you can answer my question.

Such things are small pieces of extra geometry; you'd have to dive into the actual in-game campaign screens and start buggering around there.

Though I decided just to extract the detail texture, carve it up, and paste the bits onto my actual loading screen image.
