Looks good for a few hours of work. The missiles were premade i suppose?

If you like making ships i have a map that needs space ship models if your not busy. 25 different ships, if your familiar with the old Dos game "Star Control" it is a map based off of that.

Nope, everything was from scratch.
By the way, its a big tank not a ship.

I'd make a concrete ship...

... If I was an alien.

the guns are inproportionally big, it could only take like one ammo for each and when they fired they'd not only rip it apart but send it flying.

They're recoiless gauss cannons, although I admit they are a tad large.
My textures need work I know.
I have a lot more were that came from.

How about my offer?

Actually, I have no idea how to make War III models. These are done in Maya for no other purpose than I could.
If I learned how to I would import my own models into my own maps (Some things nothing close exists out there).

Try some of the tutorials on the website here?

Everybody knows that Maya can't be made to work for Warcraft III.

except me but i do now. admittedly, gauss would be recoilless, being rail guns, but i don't see any magnet looking things on it (might be hidden) and they would over balance it or possibly rip the turret off lol. but u already know that. one other thing, whats its movement system. doesn't look like there's any thing down there.

Um, the rings around each barrel are the magnets. If you look at the bottom of the turret, its has a very large diameter and the base of the tank is very long and wide for balance issues. Also, the base is weighted down by massive amounts of armor. Power for the cannons is generated by pair of dedicated nuclear reactors in the box behind each pair of cannons.
I have thought of some technical details behind this but more than anything it's just meant to look cool.

Movement is by spreading its weight over 20 large tracks under the base -- they're kinda hard to see in the picture. Using several more nuclear reactors for power.

Of course maya can be made to work with wc3. But unfortunately there's no wc3 modder who has enough MEL experience to write an exporter and a maybe a viewer.
