Rain,Fog,Sunlight,ect HELP

In the map editor I make a region and make it so there is rain in it but when i play no rain shows up?



Do i have to turn up the graphics in options?
If I do tell me the one i gotta turn up plz!

This happened to me too. You have to turn particals On, or on a higher level. Keep in mind that 'particals' is a video setting. I hope this helps! IT should!

Usually it won't be because of the video card itself. Rain is considered an effect that takes up more ram, so if you have your video options on off or low in the game, it could possibly remove weather effects. I'm not sure if particals are the only thing stopping the weather effects from appearing, you should try setting things to 'medium' at least. This way you will have no problems. If you have tried these settings at their defaults and you still have problems, then this is an installation issue or graphics card issue. I suggest you contact your manufacturer or Blizzard if you continue to have these problems.
