I need some one who "knows" protection

-----i want to protect a slk just a slk, if i can figure out how ill ask people to pest there slks and txt files and make on giant spell thing full of fun unigue spells to give to everyone and stilll give credit to those who contibuted, but the point is i want to protect the file so no one steals credit.-----

question--off topic --how do u attach an image to ur signature?

You can't protect a single file to my knowledge. You might be able to protect an .slk through Excel, but I am not too sure on it. Also, for the sig, use the Image vB code tags to do it.

Put the slk into a zip file. You can protect zip files...

well then people couldnt use the mod, doesnt matter u can protect using microsoft excel

I'm not so sure, piggy. I don't that you will be successful in complete protection of the file(s). I'm not saying it's not possible, I'm just not so sure if you can do it.

I know i can when i save the map i can put a password on it, i nkow it can be cracked but even so a little protection is better then none................

If you give it a pass, war3 won't be able to open it unless you somehow gave it the pass. As there is no way to, it can't. That really should be obvious...

Heh, quick note, you cant have the sig refer to your pictures folder. IT might be visible to you, but no one else can see it.
