Started it because I was bored, may as well show it here. Shading sucks so far, I'll redo it later, especially black parts.

Based on where his shoulders connect to his torso, it appears that he also has no neck.

The middle section of the skirt armor doesn't appear to be draping properly... it should be above his left leg or appearing to be disturbed by it.

Also, his walk appears to be a bit tight... like he's leaving almost colinear prints in the ground... it's armor, gotta leave a bit of room for the man downstairs, eh? It might just be the 3/4 view, but widening his stance could be a plan.

Don't know for sure about the positioning of the arm holding the axe... I'd suggest lowering the hand so that the axe head is pointing somewhere up and to the back, instead of to the back. I also imagine that you intend to straighten out the haft. Take a broom or something hafted with a heavy head on the end... and rest it on your shoulder. Odds are your hand is lower than your shoulder because it takes less effort to hold it that way.

Another idea is... what if he was dragging the axe instead?

One last thing... I'm not really feeling the movement... and I have no idea how to put that feeling into the picture... probably a more dynamic stance. His left arm appears to be too stiff for a free walking arm.

Mostly, just loosen up his stance...

I think you need a green tint in the leg armor.

@JarrardKO: I'll add the tint later, after I finish his armor. I still have layer I used in 1st image, but I guess it wouldn't look so good now.

@b: no horns, sorry... He's supposed to be awfully righteous. I may give him some asterix-ish wings
