Hero storm crow morph

I made a morph skill with problems: no surprise. I put storm crow form on a druid of the talon hero. When he morphs, he gains HP and MP and loses all XP. I can use one of two algorithms. Either this one that doesn't make the hero morph:

Or I can just readjust the max HP,MP, and total XP of the hero, and skills learned everytime he morphs.

If there is a simpler or more effective way to do this please let me know, but I just want the simplest option.

1. If the hero begins casting and has any items in inventory, it will drop them.
2. When the hero begins casting, stop him, move him off the screen and make him invisible and invulnerable (hide him in other words).
3. Replace the hero with a non-hero druid of the talon, and order him to storm-crow morph (I want storm crow form not to be a hero unit).
4. When the crow morphs back to the hero, wait until the spell is finished, then replace the non-hero unit with the hero one, and unhide him.

Just do that, it sounds about right

Castlemaster	Maybe, but for gameplay I want him to change heights so he can access cliffed terrain.
