Hello, I am one of the makers of the new coming map Impossible Bosses as you might see starting to be hosted. and I am starting on a arcane mage. Could anyone here possibly be so kind as to help remove the Glow model on kael for me because I have no idea how to...

Edit: and thank you so much for this in advance

Whats the point of asking for help on these forums then only once if I'm going to get lectured? : /

Edit: Besides, I dont have any of those fancy art tools all I have is world edit and the scripting so unless its possible to remove glow in world edit (which I would love to know if possible) Then I can't do it myself.

Look for a tutorial. You can do it with notepad, or even a simple program called Magos' model editor, which you could easily find in Wc3c's or The Hive's ressources. The model editor even has a tutorial explicitly for hero glows in it's help section.

It takes 60 seconds to do, at max.

could I please have a link then.. -.-

Edit: I mean ty for telling me but these places are gibberish to me without a direction

nore do I even know where to look in resources or what not.

Sigh... I sometimes feel It is taking my hopes up even to expect damn help on a damn model place. Not "Oh its easy k?" If I'm here asking qeustions dont smack me in the face and say "The information is somewere"

It's called "the search feature". It's also called the "tutorials" button at the top of the page. The "Ressources" button is there too, incase you missed it.

Magos' Model editor

BTW: Don't have your project hosted, that would be like allowing everyone to watch it die. Hosted Projects rarely make it past the finish line.

Sigh... I do use the search engine and it requires precise words not "no glow" or, "how do I remove glow" I need to know what words i'm looking for.

edit: But anyways thank you for the reply and as for the map failing its past the point of where it can be hosted and people appreciate it, It's mostly been balanced a good deal and now new things merely are what is being added in.

Also I have no clue how to use this and simply spending that 60 seconds would save me the trouble but whatever.

Furthermore stop acting as if I know how the hell to use this model editor slash importing junk just because you spent hours to days learning it dosn't mean the simplest thing of understanding it afterwards wont be damn simple for ME <.@

I spent clearly over a minute trying to figure out the damn thing and It's just one simple thing I want do you want to help or lecture help or LECTURE GRRRRRR

Edit: and a "minute" is sarcasm This is the third post from someone and your all telling me "lawl its easy lawl" well if its so damn easy then why the hell are you giving me such a tough time even showing me the proper way of doing this, these forums are pathetic and I'm getting more and more pissed here as I listen to it <.@

And furthermore if you come here wasting even more time by saying "Well that isn't very nice" It's been a day and i've been wanting something yes that is something to someone who knows how to model stuff. And all I've gotten is "learn how to do it yourselfff! teeeeheee!" So UHARWUTHAWUTHAWURTHAWUHTAWURHTAWRT

And for a side note all 3 posts are the same thing, If saying it once, or twice dosn't help a third time wont help either because "how do I get a model editor" ISN'T THE QEUSTION GRRR

Look at it this way:

If you find out how you can do it yourself, you won't have to ask for it if you ever need it again, and might eventually do more important stuff in model editors.

There are MANY tutorials on this, here's one, which I found within 20 seconds by clicking on the tutorials button, going into the MDL editing section, and searchin for "Hero glow".

And if you had bothered to even GO in that section and look at it for more than 2 seconds then you would have noticed at least 2 tutorials on how to work with Magos' Model editor.
