Introduction:
Hey guys!
Im currently developing a Map called "Forest Storm".
Its gonna be a 5on5 Map and i guess there isnt really a name for the type of the Map.

General
•5on5 of course
•Battlefield like Gameplay? Explained later
•Unique Heros

Gameplay:
Okay,duh..i said Battlefield 2 like but still It's hard to explain.
Every Team has 2 Bases to defend.
At first you are just supposed to creep some Neutrals to gain Experience.
After that you need to destroy the enemys Base and a new Base of yours will build up in the area. If the enemy got less Bases then you they'll be in a ticked Bleed..They lose some of their 200Tickets every Second until they get at least the same amount of Bases like your team.
The game is won when the Enemy Team has zero Tickets.
Of course the enemy will loose even more Tickets if you got four bases and the enemy has none.

Progress:
Terrain: |||||||||| - 80%
Trigger: |||||||||| - 50%?
Heros: |||||||||| - 20%
Other: |||||||||| - 40%

Okay now,
I'm going to upload an open alpha Version so you can either tell me how hard i suck at mapping or give me some usefull advices like Gameplay Tips or even Hero Ideas.

I know that it's f%$#ing hard to creep at the beginning.
As i said Alpha-This is still gonna be fixed!

Tested...:

The map should be smaller, but much more structured. Now there are huge areas of forest and huge open areas. Nothing more. Traveling from point A to point B simply takes too much time. Also, heroes look original at first (I liked the elementalist model), but they have really simple vanilla spells, you should make up and trigger you own, otherwise you stand no chance of succeeding on this website.

Note: One of Phoenix mage's spells has corrupted icon

I also would suggest to make 3-4 lightly armed bases instead of yours two, it'd make gameplay much more interesting.

You said it is hard to creep...I'd say: it is impossible to creep - i didn't kill a single level 1 creep! There should be some n00b-friendly camps without these l4 dragons. They really kicked my ass everytime I came to them.

Okay first of all thanks for taking your time and testing the map.
So what size would you suggest? Its hard to make a smaller map and still add some bases there =/
I also want to keep the Hero Arena because i really dont like Taverns ^^
Then yeah why not have some of those heros. I sure gonna add alot more since im currently learning Jass. I can make some easy spells already but not more.
Yeah creeping is also a problem.Normally i dont even want to make these senseless neutral creeping but i also dont want to give the heros all spell on lv.1 so..duh =/

Also do you maybe know if its possible to make the kind of river i use walkable?
