just multiboard and hero revive please

hello i need a map that has a trigger that revives my hero for a factor of 3 second per level, also a multiboard that shows
-2 teams
-players
-hero kills
-hero deaths
-team hero kills
-team hero deaths
-game time
-and the timer that revives my hero

or can u implement it in my map please?
ive got the multiboard, and the revive trigger, but the problem is the revive trigger wont work, i just downloaded some of the triggers from dota template
because i dont know how to make multiboards and hero revive with timers shown in multiboard, and note that some of the variable are initialize in the map init trigger
