The Bounty Hunter

Mc !
It's been a while since the last time I started a new model. Well, I present you the bounty hunter, equipped with a nice gun, a great rifle and a sharp sword. The gun will just be for the spell anim, while the other two weapons will be used as main weapons, one in alternate anims. As always, no custom textures were used. So, what do you think?

First, your modeling skills are amazing and I wish I was as good as you.

Second, his skin is very orange. Is he supposed to be from a certain place or just a completely fictional type of guy?

Third, its really good.

he's supposed to have a rugged tan and look badass, i bet.

On the revover i woudnt make that middle thing made from wood, that should be metal. And modelling thumbs on a wc3 model like this is quite pointless as well, as you wont even really see them anyway.

thats a really nice looking model, and great use of the 'Dranai' and Banditmage (am i right?) textures to name a couple.

only thing i can nitpick is that his head is too big, even compared to his hat, and it looks like he has no neck.

aside from that, it rocks out loud.

Revolver changed, but not the fingers. I'm used to animating that way, that's why I tend to do that, it's a bad habit.

Yep, you're right, but of course I had used a lot more.

indeed, spam once more and you'll get raped.
dude what can I say, it's nice but I don't see an improvement from what you used to show around here, it's the same level. I was hoping that after a quite large period of inactivity you'd come back with something that would blow me away.

I'll have to agree with that TDR, the problem is that in the whole time I was inactive I couldn't do a thing, so I actually could not even practice a bit, in fact I must have gotten a tiny bit worse. But well, that doesn't mean I can't improve now that I have some more time.

of course. Tell you what, for practice, make quick very low poly models. Set yourself a limit of polygons, usually 128 works nice. Also a 128x128px texture. It's great practice and quick to do.

The guns--revolver foremost--are done exquisitely, I must say. The hat, and the cloths are also suiting... but the face. The face has to go--eyes, nose were unimpressive... beard's fine, and the hat. Overall, good model, what I've come to expect from M C !.

Change the face around.

3/5.

The beard looks a bit odd because it looks a lot more detailed then the clothes or face. Still looks awesome though.
