how can i make a hero tavern where you can choose a hero and just one ?? like in dota ... (don't need hero tavern tut i already know :D )

I don't quite understand, but I'm gathering that this will help:

1. Edit, or 'Create a New Custom Unit of' the Tavern and rename it.
2. Go to the 'Units Trained' field and add the heroes you want to create.
3. Place the new tavern unit on the map.
4. Make sure that the cost for each of the heroes is 0 gold and 0 lumber, but set the food to 1 and the food provided to 1.
5. Give each player a starting unit with a food cost of 0 and food provided 1.

That means that when you buy 1 hero, your food is maxed out and you can't buy anymore.

If you also only want 1 hero of that type to be available, period, then you need to go into the unit and look for:

"Stock - Maximum"
"Restock time"

Something to that effect.
Set the first to 1, and the second to 99999.

Oh, and do what DALE said as well.

Yeah, the question could be interpreted that way too. Make sure you put 999999 not 0 because 0 means instant restock.

or i can put the taverns in an unaccessible area and when you start the game you have a unit there , and after u choose your hero that unit is destroyed so you can't choose more heroes :P ...... or have you got another idea without using food or restock ....

or i can remove that SELECT HERO/UNIT ability from the tavern after i choose my hero . if i do that there won't be a NEARBY PATROL > you can't choose another hero

have you got more ideas ?

Don't delete the shop ability! Otherwise only 1 player will be able to pick a hero.

that's right .................:(( i will think at a new idea ...or i can create a trigger that enable black mask in that area for that player ....
