Just wanted to get some criticism on this.

And i would like it if someone could tell me how to make some good looking clouds.

You know that water actually has no color and just reflects what's around it like a mirror (at least if there's a large amount of water)? So you better start with the sky next time, copy it and flip it vertically. And then probably distort it since the reflection never is that clear anyway.

The colors of the individual bits should have an effect on eachother. Look at some references.

no, you used a filter/smudge, and it looks hidious.

Yes, it looks a lot more "natural", of course, thats a relative term.

Don't rely on smudge or filters, do it by hand.

AND look at references if you don't have any clue at all how something looks like. have you ever seen a lake btw? you know how water is distorted by waves?

look out the window.

If the mountains are that far away there's no way for their color to be that saturated. The further things are, the more air there is between the view point and the object so the colors desaturate and tend to be closer to the color of the sky (atmosphere) and there's less contrast. So you might want to fill that composition, make foregrounds, mid-grounds and backgrounds to show depth 'cause right now it's very boring.
