my god you're ugly. And out of perspective. Or did you drew that standing on top of a ladder?

I like the hair and the ear. The rest is out of perspective, as TDR had said. ROFL at what TDR said about your looks.

Lawl, TDR is very open about how people look. Though he's not pretty himself.

I still think you look like you use lipstick (even in the updated version in deviantart). XD

It was far worse before.

........Its like reading a book, imagining the character...and then watching the movie and being shocked by how different the character looks.

Do you want me to upload the photo reference I used?

Most likley.

YOU USED PHOTO REFERENCE FOR A BLOODY SELF PORTRAIT!? Never heard of a mirror? I mean what the heck, man. You use photos when you want to draw something you don't have at your disposal, but this is your freakin face man, you always have it on you! Use a mirror next time, it's much better. Photos fuck up colors.

SM!
Okay, I'm going to have to agree with TDR on this one. Was your father a vegetable or a possessed tree? That color in your right cheek makes you like you got beat up before or after school... or maybe it's your possessive-tree genes that give you such smudged and rosy cheeks. Just sayin', I don't really think that portrait is very accurate. For one, there's a dragon on your shoulder, and it doesn't conflict with your image at all...

Looks like you spent more time on the background then the portrait.
On that note, the chemical names are kinda funny. Really nerdy, but funny.

haha yeah, the chemical names rock.
But damn, now that I took a glance at the high res version, I must warn you that your technique is...well, atrocious. Small brush + smudge never ends up good. Use bigger brushes man. It might feel more comfortable for you to use this messy technique and you might bitch about me being a control freak or something, but some time a year from now you'll say "duud, that random dude on that site I once visited was right! Big brushes are much easier and better to use! What was I thinking?". So...just trust me on this, 'cause I've been through this stage you're at now and I can tell you it sucks. So...bigger brush, don't go into so much unnecessary detail (go to an art museum and look at a Rembrandt for example; you'll see that up close it's blurry as shit, but if you stand back you see all sorts of detail. That's the thing) and mind the perspective!!
