Playing a specific animation

I have a trigger where I want a paladin to do his attack - 1 animation (the horizontal swing). I specified the animation string as "attack - 1" but when I play it he does one of the two attack animations randomly. How can I specify it so it always does the horizontal swing? By the way, it's for my baseball map I need a horizontal swing for the batter :P

Hmm, i tried this using the specify rarity, setting it to both common and rare variations and it still played the alternate ones.

What i would suggest, is to edit the paladin model itself and remove those animations, many modelers know how to do it, you could check their forum and ask for a response.

I know that drax does as well, if you don't find anything in the modelling forum, ill ask him.

Good luck with the baseball idea! Very cool!

Thanks for the help but I found a better solution. I'm using a tauren now instead. He's only got one attack animation (without pulverize) and the animation is just about perfect for a batter. And of course there's a certain humor to playing baseball with a log and a rock instead of a bat and ball :D
