Best advice: Don't.

Or at least learn the rules and make this post meet them.

You have twenty-four hours to bring this up to rule standards.

And I said don't because you'll never finish it, or come anywhere near, it will be a total disaster and a waste of time on all parts. And I would be willing to bet considerable sums of money on that.

Captain Griffen, ...I will finish it to prove your friendly words...
I dont know why you are so hostile to me [maybe because you are a moderator...?] and i dont find any reasons to abandon my project....If you want me to leave the forum, I am pleased to do that....You hurted me Anyway, I've just found that i am not welcomed here, or at least, some encourages. Thats quite make me disapointed.

-btw: if you feel uncomfortable for my words, keep in mind that its just some kind of a joke. [And im sorry if i had something wrong...are you please now?]

He is hostile mainly because your thread doesn't meet required rules (as SeruK linked), and other reasons too.

I'll leave this thread here a little longer, as an example of how NOT to do a project.

And quite frankly, we don't care if you stay here or go to the hive; I'd rather prefer it if you did go to the hive, myself.

My suggestion Leopard is this:

Making a campaign won't take you 8 or 9 months, it could take you much more time, maybe years, and this fact perfectly can affect your project at once. If your intention is to learn, I suggest you to start with a smaller project, a one map project. I don't know your skills but you should do a list about what stuff are you good, what can you offer to the project besides the idea, and according to that, redefine it and determine what kind of help you would need.

Remember, you must be very good at least in one specialty (triggering, modelling, skinning, terraining, etc) and offer a very detailed description of your project to get the appropriate support.

I hope this helps you to take the right path.
