Skill Request and Maybee some Help (Naruto Map)

Well since my team is very lazy last months... And I dont think they want to work anymore. I just came here to ask some people for help.

Well we are working on Naruto map Called "Shippuden Legacy"
No its not any boring Shinobi Wars or Naruto Wars etc





We put alot of effort into this map and I won't let this project die so easilly.
I really want to finish it but it looks like we dont have any chance to do it...

We are looking for team members. (someone who can make good skills in Jass and a nice Terrainer)

I posted one of our skills called Rasengan.
Can anybody make a nice Jass version of that skill?
It needs alot of nice effects, and its not smooth...
