i want to hide / unhide an unit on the minimap, when i decide it. Have you got an idea (don't answer to replace the unit ><) ? |

Do you want to hide the unit's mini map icon or the unit itself, If you want to hide the unit, you can use the native ShowUnit. But if it's the minimap I can't help you. |

I don't know if you want to do this but... Set your unit to have no minimap thing (Stats - Hide Minimap Display). Next, create a dummy unit, using either no model (not sure if that works) or a dummy blank model, and set it up to make a minimap thing. Then simply use triggers and a timer to place the unit over your unit like every 0.50sec, removing when needed. |

yes quite good idea, cause there are not many units, but someone has an other more efficient ? Hmm but it can be different for each player (display or not the unit on the minimap). But maybe it won't desync if i hide the dummy unit only for one player and if the dummy unit has 'Aloc' and not used for something else |
