heroes problem

Ok so I've created a race.. or at least i'm in the process of creatin one.. i created 4 heroes for the race and here comes the big problem.. i was able to restrict their summoning to 1 per kind and since but since i've never created races before i really don't know how to limit them to 1 per age and by age i mean the upgrade of the main building that u start with, the building that trains the workers and how to limit them to only 3 for the entire game.. I'm sure that almost every single one of you will know that so i'm asking you for help. Thanks in adnvace

Go up to the advanced menu, then go to gameplay constants. One of the fields has a list of heroes. Add your heroes to that list. It should work then.
