"Get an Item for me!" Trigger problem...

Just like the heart of Searinox quest i go hunting for an item and when you return it you get a new one...? How is this done?

I cant seem to find the trigger that checks for if you have the item on you when you return...

I believe you use the condtion called item-comparison or item-ype comparison to determine which item the unit has.

Then for an action to remove old item and give new do this.

(item-remove) remove item carried by hero in slot x
(hero-create item for hero)

Boolean Comparison --> Hero - Hero has item
