Help me with Jurassic Park Conquest : NeXT

Now, probobly no one here has played Jurassic Park Conquest, but it was popular for a short time on USeast. It was made by "devious_sucks", but he has long abandoned the project, and gave me the unprotected, it is up to me to continue the legacy. At its current state, we had some fun games in jurassic park conquest, however it is not without its problems.
1) I found that a significant ammount of games have server split, which will be fixed by completly revamping the coding.
2) The learning curve for this game is steap, dinosaurs seem really overpowered, however good team work balances it out. I ment it to be a hard game, but at this rate, if me and like 3 other experianced people are in game barking orders at people, chances are humans will fail miserably. It seems that a game of this nature would never be popular as public game
3) The game is imbalanced. Its hard for me to admit, but it certainly has some glaring flaws in it with some features

For the new version I would like to spice it up a notch. Several ideas I had
1) It would be necessary to capture and hold some kind of neutral artillery peice on the island, to bombard the dino nests with from afar (giving players more alternatives then just seige tanks or explosive charges.
2) I really like this idea, I think i will attempt to implement this. It would follow a plotline of a conspiracy story of sorts :
-Some top secret shit crash lands on island, which leads to dinosaur mutantions on the island from jurassic park, not unlike in the game crysis
-Commando team is sent in to secure/blowup/etc the artifact, but other people are interested in it aswell. Sometopsecretgovtagencyshit gives you a ETA before a chinese/russian/something force reaches the island, in hopes of preventing the artifact from getting into your hands.
-So basically, the game would play as it plays for timeperiod minutes, but then landing crafts/paratroopers/etc full of evil marines, and bombs, would start falling on the island, your extraction boat would come shortly after this started. Perhaps even have a marine squad bring a nuclear weapon on the island, to detonate like in the starcraft "battle of the amerigo" cinematic :D
-This would maybe change focus of the game from a "eliminate dinosaurs" to "survive with a explosive finish", or maybe something of a inbetween. Im even thinking of giving the dead dinos control of some evilmarinethings, just to discourage leaving.
-All this leads me to belive i read to much scifi and play too much half life, but it could work.
3) Add more of a search and destroy feel for both sides
4) Make it very dark (at least for the humans), so its like the "dark clouds" level of night of the dead aftermath, and give them lights, which cover 75% of their FOV, to add a creepy feeling. I really really love the lighting effects you get from a unit with a torch on it :P
5) kamikazi suicide raptors (like the sucide units from swat:aftermath), that can jump and detonate holding a little explosive barrel.
6) Jumpjets for the marines in powered exoskelletons


I have tons of ideas for it, and I will list them over time. The main thing I want to get done is a franctic feeling, so it feels like some serious jungle maddness

I want to give people some sort of epic feeling playing this game. Its all just musings, and I have a LONG way to go before I finish anything, as the current state of the map is something suitable maybe for hiveworkshop.
This map also needs some liposuction (from custom model od)

The thing im working on now is terrain, which I will hopefully get more functional and beautiful looking (right now its not great at all).

I would love if some of you guys could play test this, and tell me what is wrong with it. I would love someone to critique it in a good fasion instead of the
"lol your game is too hard fag8" i get on battlenet, or
"ur gay"

You need a format. BTW you need better trees and fix the attachment points. It's weapon not left/right hand.

Well those marines turn me off. I see them everywhere in all those maps. Why can't he make it from the perspective of cave men with some reverse mortgages.

It's not pretty details. Making a game playable is easy because that's all empirical data. Having artistic talent is the challenge.

Berries, that is some of the stupidest shit I've ever heard in my life.

Allow me to enlighten you to how making something, anything works.

Step 1, Functionality
Step 2, Appearance

That is it. Noone will buy your pretty looking car if it doesn't have a fucking engine, or if it has a nasty habit of locking up the brakes any time you go over 35 miles per hour.
