Is there a limit in .w3x maps of files you can add to it? (like YOU CAN'T ADD MORE THAN 160 FILES TO AN MPQ) I'm trying to add 64 .blp files to my map and WinMPQ/MPQMaster don't allow me to add more than 20 |

Yes, there's a limitation for a given archive, but my understanding is that you can create a new one bigger, which WE will happily do for you: Add as many as you can with winmpq Save map Import one more via world editor instead of winmpq Save map Repeat, you should now be able to add twice as many as you were before |

You need to manually add the files to the imports list, war3map.imp. If you are not a programmer and a tool to do this does not already exist, then you'll have to import via WE. format for war3map.imp here if you know what you're doing: http://www.wc3campaigns.net/tools/specs/index.html |

On the topic of this MPQ stuff, I'm sorry if this is thread-theft... Can I import something like MyMPQ.mpq and then address the files in it through 'MyMPQ\FileNameHere' or something? |

NewGen have an options in his extensions to import a directory, if this work, I'm done, BTW, I don't understand how this format for war3map.imp works, is there a manual teaching how to interpretate this kind of 'format '? |
