Users on Irc Feature

I have just added the user on IRC list on the left of the front page. Soon I will be adding alot more IRC integration and some user commands from in chat.
Features to look forward to:
Irc Commands:

• !topics
• !news
• !users
• !Forumwhois

Forum Integration:

• You will be able to view info about users online
• Admins and mods will be able to control the bot from a bot panel and be able to make it annouce into the channel

Other:

• Fun Games ( maybe )
