Big Kitty Model Pack

Meow! Here are some big predator cats for use in your map.
In this pack you'll get:

- Panther
- Tiger
- White Tiger
- Lion Male
- Lion Female

Models were modified from the Huntress model. Attack animation transferred from the Timber Wolf model. Even though the attack animation on these models is a bit odd, it's better than the attack animations from the old tiger models. And yes, I've made the custom textures (coloring, recoloring and stuff).

YOU MUST GIVE ME CREDITS IF YOU USE THIS MODEL IN YOUR MAP!!!

Feel free to edit this resource for your projects as long as you credit me for the resource you based it from, so please disregard the outdated permission part in the readme file.

Directories:
Tiger.blp (for Tiger model)
Lion.blp (for Lion Male & Female models)
The other models use ingame textures.

Remove war3mapimported\ and restart World editor.

Disabled icons should be inserted into this path to work correctly:
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\*insert disabled icon here*

Note: There is already an icon for the White Tiger. It's the one used for Blizzard's Priestess of the Moon unit.

MDX files can have any path.

Please do not ask me to send the Leopard skin to you, because it's not mine. You can get that skin in Hiveworkshop's Skin Database.

Female looks a little chunky.

If I was a male lion I would have to pass on her.

Love the panther the best!

A female lion is called a lioness, but that's a small detail. These models are excellent for something basic and I have use for them already!

I've made an update on the White Tiger model, making the wrap look less ugly.

Nothing special (imo), but they could definitely be useful. I think the lioness needs some fixing though, she's ugleeee. And it does look kind of goofy how their heads are so much more detailed than their bodies.

for future WoW maps they can use some of the models for the druid
im think i can use your bengal tiger for my troll druid transform o.o or maybe the panther

Nice, some of them look a bit corny from up close, but that's not what Wc3 is for anyway, and the male lion rocks.

Very useful. I have had several ideas for maps that could use these and I often see people asking for them.

The animation does not seem to be the wolves one. They all have only one attack, and when they run they bounce sort of. Looks really bad.

The attack was transferred from Wolves attack. But the bone helper names were completly different, so I tried to rename the helpers before transferring but still the attack gone wonky. However it's better than having them chew like a kitten for attack animation.
And the models were based on the mounted Huntress model.

Maybe I'll try and fix up the Anim. I've never done animation, but it can't be that hard!

The running animation is horrid. They bound like retards. Does it work well for you?
