Declaring a structure

I've skimmed through a bunch of tutorials and forum topics just looking for WHERE to declare a structure and I haven't found the information I need.

Where the hell do u declare a structure?

If you've downloaded the Jass NewGen pack, inside the jassnewgen pack folder there is jasshelper folder, inside it is an html manual which has info about structs.
