What decides +rep amount?

Hi ho.

I'm posting to say your FAQ sucks... Hehehe, now seriously. The FAQ or rules aren't really detailed or even complete, actually. There are already two things I wanted to search up, and twice it wasn't there.

That's why I'm going to post it here. I'm actually using my precious time to keep you guys busy with my questions, be honoured.

Anyway, the title says it all. I know when I rep someone it's (I think) always +1. But someone repped me some time ago and I suddenly got +4. Is it just like, the more rep the repper has, the more rep the repped gets? (I love this phrase)

Other question I had was about the 600 seconds post delay, but local kind people of this forum already shed some light on that, so nevermind. :) (I really think the 600s are exaggerated though.)

1 per green block I think.

actually it's like 30 or something per green block. And each blue block = 5 green blocks

And what's k in this case?

lol TDR, i think they mean if you +rep someone how much will they get, unless i really would get 570 rep if u repped me =D

I meant to say people give out 1 rep for each green block they have, not how much rep they have for each block :P

so, in this case k = 30?

Thus, imagine a person having 75 reputation, or 3 green blocks. If you look at the third row (excluding the column labels), it says he will give three reputation to anyone he reps.

Last time I checked, 0 < 30. So +1.
