Custom Advanced Filter?

I noticed in the triggers there is a part in the cinematics that allows me to apply an "advanced filter" and there is a drop-down list at the bottom that allows me to select some kinds of picture files that i've imported.. but i've tried using one and it doesn't work.

so how do you make a custom filter from something you've imported?

im not sure about importing but..

possibly its the image file extension. not sure what kind though.
and if not maybe ur set of triggers?
