Put some more time into that right shoulder man, it sticks out like a sour thumb. That aside i think you could do a much better job in pulling the colors together, make the lighting more coherent. And the hair is just down right ugly.

the lighting isn't consistent because she is on a reflective surface which i have not added into the picture yet, and may never.

The hair was never finished, or really started... same with the right shoulder.
As for the colors are speaking of the variation in the skin colors, yea i fucked that up.
