A Personal Message When Repped +/-

I, for example, received minus one rep today, and while I don't particularly agree with it, it did prompt a few things.

When you receive minus rep, all that happens is that you get minus rep. No message, nothing telling you which post it was for, or who was the accuser. You have to find it yourself and then click on the Add to YourName's Reputaion to see why. It's not exactly intuitive, but I guess found it.

Anyways, do you think it would be possible in the future to automatically send a PM to the perpetrator with a link to -rep post, and possibly display the description, and possibly who -repped you?

This may or may not happen for +rep, but I would guess it doesn't. Perhaps a similar PM?
