Summary:
This is a sort of experiment for me. I'd like to create a map that's always different every time you play it; something that gives a unique experience and challenges you each time you play, rather than becoming familiar with the map and then being able to beat it easily. I'm still not sure about a few features of the map yet, but I can always make another map that focuses on those ideas I guess.

That aside, I've settled on a Tower Defense map for now. Perhaps because TDs are nice and simple, so there are less Xs and Ys for me to toy with. Although it is easy to say "just make races/towers/whatever" randomised, I don't think that would make the map into what I originally envisioned, so I want to play about with multiple elements.

Features:
One of the key features of the map is that it uses the Outland Tileset. This enables me to justify the randomness and possibly tie a story to it. The terrain is made up of several islands rock poking out of the 'abyss'. Each island is a different size and shape and they feature points at different ends of the island. Some of the larger islands have multiple points, and the biggest one has 4 points that with a point and portal at the center of the island. Obviously, the portal is the end-point for the enemies which you have to prevent them from reaching.
There are 2 islands with one point marked with doodads that serve as the entrance for the enemies. From thereon, the groups of enemies walk from one point to the next, teleporting randomly from one island to the next. It would be made so that they cannot teleport to the island they are already on, and after visiting about 3 or 4 islands they go to the last one where the portal is.
The enemies and towers would be designed so that you can't defeat the enemies just by mass building towers on one island. For example, they could have too much HP and walk too fast to be killed on one road, or there could be too many to target.
There would be a few types of Chaos Tower that feature randomised elements, such as random attack values, random abilities etc. Some of the enemies would also have a random skill selected from a set of abilities.
Gold for towers is awarded at the end of each round rather than using an income system. The Gold earned each round is both slightly randomised and influenced by certain factors, which means that sometime you'll get less Gold, sometimes more. Haha that sounds really fun actually. Players get a small amount of gold from each kill, but not enough to create tons of towers. This not only allows me to play with the amount of gold you get but it also stops one player from dominating the game or at least attempts to.
The game will feature an anti-stick command, a kick command and informative commands like -air.
There are more features to be added; I've only just had the idea for this map. If you have any suggestions I'm open to new ideas.

Although this isn't the recruitment forum, if you want to get involved just let me know what you want to do and stuff. I'm planning on making a series of chaotic maps like this, probably to some avail like making a decent rpg or something that features uniqueness.

I like the basic idea of creating a map that will be different in each game.

Though I have absolutely no plan what would be the best concept that could be created out of this idea. But TD seems like a good try.
