Best Mods For WC3 Map Editing

I am going to start doing some more advanced map editing and I was wondering if someone could include a list of the best and/or most commonly used mods for the world editor and for general and advanced map making that would go something like this.

Mod name - Link to Download Location - Purpose(Reason for use)

A list like this would help not only myself, but i'm sure countless others who are looking for the best mods to progress their map making abilities.

Just get the NewGen Pack. It's the only WE mod you will truly need ever. Not that it is the best thing since sliced bread, but it just that every other mod is, for the most part, obsolete at this point.
