Custom Buttons

Ok, this is much like the skinning of course, but I've come across a problem. I create a 64x64 TGA and convert using DJBnJack's blp tool, this all seems to work fine and isn't my problem. Now I add my custom button to my w3m file and load up the editor, looks fine here too, seems to work great. Now I test the map, and when I get in, I get all the default art again, GRRR. Is there a step I'm missing? TIA for any possible fixes.

w3m trick doesnt work anymore, try using a different method, which is using MPQDraft.
