Hardened Skin not working any more.

I just discovered this when I was messing with the editor.
Can someone please verify this so we know for sure, maybe report it to blizzard or something....

nope, my bad it works.
What does not work is changing the "targets allowed" field on this ability...

Because it hates you. I could never get Hardened Skin to work vs friendly attacks. Most irritating.
