The backwater-people (me included) of the RP Forum don't have a moderator anymore. Well, there are, but the ones who are the moderators either do not visit regularly or simply do not care, anymore. So, I was hoping if someone would bother to give us a moderator to help clean up a lot of stuff and revise RP rules (even thought we don't really follow them, anyways X_X). Hey, if no one doesn't want to do it, then I would, gladly. |

Oi. |

Please be patient. We currently don't really have any admins to appoint new moderators, but hopefully we should do soon. Until then, you'll have to wait. |

Hmm... That's what I thought. Whatever happened to Tim.? Isn't he the provider? |

Yeah, but he's not at all active. Our only active admin, Vexorian, is technically retired from moderation and the like. We're all working on getting some admins so that we can work on site moderation and upkeep. Just bear with us! |

Okay. We've been waiting for awhile already, (I don't know, a year, perhaps?) but I'm sure we can wait more. It's not that having a moderator is absolutely necessarily, especially in our little sub-forum, but I hope that it can be done as soon as possible. |

Actualy, for there to be a "we" I'd expect more people to post in this thread besides just you. If more people don't speak up, we might as well close that forum instead. |

Close it? Hey some people enjoy that forum, I for one would like a mod |

Alright Ignited, we're planning on making you the RP Forum Moderator. That way you can organize stuff in there as necessary. |

Ignitedstar should now be the RP moderator. Congratulations, I'm sure you can do a good job of it. |

Thanks, you guys! I'm glad that Wc3campaigns is able to keep the RP forum available for anyone to use. (But it's not like a lot of people use it anyways lol) I want to thank Taur and Daelin for doing their best with the sub-forum before this minor commotion, but they're not really here, anymore. ![]() |

I would also like to request a moderator position of the section. As I have been with it for years, I do agree it needs to have some form of control. Without it, anyone can randomly post anything and not have anything done. I see that IgnitedStar has achieved the position and I am more than happy to accept him. However, if at all possible, I would like to request a co-mod position in hopes that IgnitedStar will not need to have to worry about the section by himself and for the RP section itself. |

Would it be okay if Plasma could be a moderator for the RP section, too? I think I would prefer that. Plasma has been around for a long time, for as long as I have. We were in the RP section when all of the former RPers left (which sucks). |

I'll vouch for plasma |

Why do you need two moderators for the section? It's so low maintenance compared to some other sections on the site that only have one moderator. I cannot fathom an activity burst in that section that would demand the attention of anymore than one moderator. All of your points thus far stating why you should have a second moderator are redundant and virtually unbacked by fact. If someone posts something illegal in the section, we now have active admins that can deal with things in a timely fashion. You also now have a moderator for which to moderate the section as necessary -- And it seems that he's active enough to do a fine enough job alone. |
