You can do it! You have a week. =) |

I made a very simple yet effective terrain for this. But I did it last week. Is it OK I update it a bit and post it? I saw no rules against old pictures. |

Hmm...maybe I'll dust off the World Editor for this... |

WORK IN PROGRESS The pool at the bottom is a scrying mirror used for intelligence gathering. Not quite sure what I'm going to do about the landscape quite yet so I'm going to let it sit for a few days :) EDIT: Forgot about the torches, they should be gone in the next update! Mainly for getting the lighting down at the moment. |

A still lake in the wildermess |

Heh here is my edit. A 15min terrain with 2doodads only. Also if someone complains about it not looking real on picture all I can say, stillness doesn't do justice to it. Try the map I'm attaching to see how it looks in game (just look through the camera). EDIT: There is a chance I'll edit the previous map/picture so this is possibly a WIP. |

Very cool entries, the three of you. I'll finish mine up this evening hopefully. |

That's great Ghenjis, the reflection of the moon looks more like an isle though I'll post as soon as I get time to do something xD |
| 02-29-2008, 01:30 AM | #14 |
Aye, the moon is bulky, but the rest is great. How you did the actual reflection effect confuses me, though. |

Ghenjis, the tree on the right has an unrealistic reflection. It wouldn't reflect to the left like that, but rather further out to the lake. Just because the moon is overhead, it isn't close enough for it to diverge its light like that. If you fix that, it'll be an even sweeter entry. It's the only one so far that resembles an actual reflection (Or what I would have envisioned entries being like, anyways). |
