Attaching Maps

So I want to attach my map in the Map Testing section, but it won't let me attach it. It has a period in the file name, but that doesn't seem to affect other maps I've seen. It also has been optimized with Vexorian's thingamajgiir (I think), and made with WEU. Any of those problems for attaching?

Are you using internet explorer? If so, download firefox and it should work. IE has a problem with uploading large files. (Which may or may not even apply to you) There also seems to be an uploading problem in the map submission forum, but I'm not sure if that extends to all Map Development forums or not.

Nah, I'm using Firefox. I tried uploading an older, different map and it worked fine... I'm not sure whats going on ?_?

Try renaming it or something.

I've tried, it doesn't seem to do much. I have a filefront account and can put it on there and link it if all else fails, but I'm not sure that's allowed, and I'd really prefer to attach it >_<

I tried changing it to:
"Battle for Maelaru v0p70.w3x", so the file name doesn't seem to be affecting it.

What filesize? Over 2.5 MB seems iffy.

It may be timing out, but I mean, I can upload a 3.6MB map perfectly fine (Just picked the biggest thing from my download folder and tried in pastebin). Try to upload yours in pastebin and see if it's maybe the map forums.

I don't think so...if it is, forget about submitting it anyway.

It doesn't matter for now, I just found a CRIPPLINGLY severe and mysterious bug which I will proceed to post on the forum >_<

Your map is only 2.1 KILOBYTES? You must have no code or anything in the map... My maps are like ~300kb without any imports. If it still refuses to upload, you can load your map onto www.epicwar.com and then use the URL link to attach the map to your post.

I can't get a map below 12KB. I think you have something seriously wrong there. Or you're mistaken. 11KB optimised.

Hell, I don't think a blank map can reach 2.1kb. Can it?

As I said, I can't get one below 11 KB.
