Delphi compiler

Hi,
I'm looking for a good Delphi compiler (I heard Delphi lite is good, but couldn't find any link).

Can anyone give me a link?

Delphi lite is the best, but it apparentally is also an illegal compilation.

Got to say, that Delphi 10 lite is the only way to compile Delphi VLC apps without feeling sexually harassed or like losing your dignity. So go for it, it is still easy to find it through good google searches. If you do not find it, try another language, for example teh python if you want easy stuff or C++ if you are being serious, cause coding in Delphi without the "10 Lite" version is something I wouldn't advice anyone to do.
