War of The Two Roses

High in the misty mountains of Nothhelm lay the small city of Anise, a towns whose history lay in war. It was a small town bordered by rugged mountain ranges and ancient forests. Each of the four seasons came and went like a goddess robed in four simple, distinct ensembles. Summer was a deep green vale that covered everything beneath the blue sky. Fall was a coat of apples and plums that swayed with sorrow-ladened breezes. Winter was a white gown that hid everything, even the schools highest spire. And now it was spring. The season when remnants of snow that feared the heat flowed away in crystal clear streams, grass and flowers put forth buds, and children’s feet could be heard slapping their way up and down the muddy streets. A great river roared through the town, the only reason Anise was still here, able to send barges of wood and metals to other cities had kept the economy alive.
To the north of the town lay the great snow-caped mountains patched with sparse forests of Spruce and Pine. Yet to the south and west lay the everlasting forests as ancient as the land. Great forests of tall trees reaching to the far away Heavens, unaware of the vines and weeds reaching across them and dark the vegetation dotting the forest floor, intertwining with the age old roots. Crystal clear streams and lakes dotted the forests, home to water sprites and many animals. Animals big and small run through their forest home where they had been for years.

Deep in the heart of the forest lay a complex of buildings built from the purest white marble, home to the Brotherhood of the Scarlet. This devout group of priests, clerics, and paladins were in the service of the ancient spirit of the Holy Light. The sound of singing never ceased within their white halls and the bells of the churches and chapels rang throughout the day.

To the west, just one and a half miles in, the forest begin to change. Dead trees became more frequent and a stench of decay filled the air. A sense of dark magic and black curses hung over this place. A half mile farther stood a gate of tall wrought iron, the entrance to the cemetery. Herein lay tombs and crypts of old, home to dark creatures of the damned. Zombies, ghosts, skeletons, demons and other creatures of the night stalk these once sacred grounds at night. Within the center of the cemetery stood the tall standing reaches of a mausoleum the entrance to a world beneath the graves. Beneath it, down within the depths of a complex of mazes lay the black gates of a city lost in time. The ancient capital of a once proud empire lay sealed beneath the earth by a massive earthquake many centuries before. The black spires of the city reached upwards as if to break the earth above and return to its place in the lands above, stalagmites of black crystal and strange stones reached down from the ceiling. The city had been dead for centuries but now it had been reawakened by the Vampire Blood Lord Kach`nag (Kaj-nah). He was one of the six vampire kings who had ruled the Vampiric Kingdoms beneath the iron grip of Shal`kiras, the great Dark Lord. He had taken control of the creatures of this domain yet his true intentions remain unseen.

In the north-western reaches of the mountains lay a small valley of Willow and Oak riddled with caves. A white water river rages down from the glacial pass high above rushing through the south-eastern end of the valley, cutting it off from the rest of the world. It was the perfect place for the mortal guardians of a once great princess to live, a place away from the world where they need not to show their true form. The people who resided in this valley were once upon a time the day light guardians of the vampire princess who had once ruled these lands. They were Werewolves, part man, part wolf created from the joining of a man and a wolf’s spirit. The strength, endurance and agility of the two combined with the fearsome power of ancient magic. The leadership of the clan was always changing but undisputed the true leader was Adrian, a two hundred year old white werewolf. A drought had fallen and the water level was falling.

To the east of the town was the Imperial Bastions placed there some time during the Second War. It had been placed in this sector of the empire at that time because of the many wars that had raged through these lands and that the town needed protection. The stone fortification and defenses had held back the tides of war for years. Only once, during the Third War had they been breached. Crushed by the Vampire Princess Rose, the great walls had fallen before her wrath. This ultimately led to her downfall. Weakened from battle, she was brought down with a staked through the heart and left in the dust. Her knights came silently in the night and taken her body away to a hidden corner of the land.

The Imperial Bastion housed a small army of well trained soldiers that defended Anise and the surrounding lands from any threat. Their commanding General, Baron Valkar, a distinguished warrior who had proved himself many times in battle, he also serves as the Lord of these Lands until the King reaches an age where he may govern. Baron Valkar will not let Anise fall to anyone, for it is too strategic to be lost to anyone.

Just four miles north of Anise lay the Rose Castle the greatest monument of power in this land. A castle that was built five thousand years ago that once housed over six hundred Vampires of various origin. It was constructed of stone and a strange alloy that was unknown to this world it was indestructible, the perfect home. Yet over the years the vampires had slowly vanished into the shadows of time, either claimed by death or taken through the destructive powers they wielded. All vanished till one remained the Vampire Princess Rose, she had ruled over these lands for hundreds of years with a kindness and caring no one could comprehend. The denizens of Anise had loved her so much but then came the day that the Imperial Army did arrive. They empowered the Imperial Bastion and then turned their eyes to the land, seeing the Princess as the only possible threat they marched on her castle. Destroying the old village of Anise whose ruins now lay around the castle, and the slaughtering of thousands of innocents. Over come with grief and a vengeful wrath she raced to the bastion and ripped the gates apart. She destroyed it and everyone within it. No mercy, no kindness, and with no forgiveness she ripped them apart. As she stumbled back to her castle weakened by the exertion she had not noticed the group of ambushers that had lain ahead of her. She was ambushed by the survivors of the Imperial Bastion who then staked her through the heart. Rejoicing with victory they did not notice her body spirited away by four knights who returned her to the castle. Four knights who had entered her service years before, they laid her body within the crypt beneath the castle and set the locks. They sealed the doors to her crypt with a spell so that her final peace would never be disturbed. It is said still today 1,500 years later at night you can still see the four knights guarding her castle on their ghostly steeds.

Usable Races

WereWolves

Werewolf: A race of men that were transformed by the vampires long ago to be the day light guardians. The first werewolves were men infused with a wolfs spirit until it was found that Lycanthropy could be transfered through a bite. Werewolves were the guardians of Rose, The Vampire Princess, who once ruled from her castle in old Anise. After her fall the werewolves were banished to the mountians where they eventually found their home in the clan caves. Where they still live today, the water level is slowly dropping and the river that once kept them out of the land will soon run dry and then they shall be released. Adrian is their leader and his word is the word of law.

WEREWOLF CLANS
Hidden information:

Werewolf Clans: The werewolves are divided mainly into two clan White wolf and Black wolf though both follow Adrian, the Wolf Lord.

White Wolf Clan: The race of werewolves that were transformed by Princess Rose before the 3rd war. They are stronger and faster then normal black werewolves.

Black Wolf Clan: The race of werewolves that are created through being bitten by a wolf or another Black werewolf. These are more of the lower class of werewolves because white are said to be more pure.

Werewolves Fact and Truth
Hidden information:

Q: Are silver bullets the best way to kill a werewolf?
A: Yes and no. Yes because they stop a werewolves regenerative power but no because these really have no harm for they can't get into the blood stream. (Another No because there arn't any guns Cross bows do exist though)

Q: Do full moons force transformations?
A: A full moon will force a transformation for a young werewolf but as the werewolf becomes stronger and older they have less call allowing the werewolf to transform at will.

Q: Do werewolves lose their minds in the transformations?
A: No they do not loose their minds. The relation ship of the wolf and the man is symbiotic and the wolf side will not harm people unless they are given the ok by he human side or if in danger.

Q: Are Werewolves immortal as Vampires are?
A: A werewolf is not immortal in the sense of eternal life, they have a prolonged life span of about three human lives instead of their natural one.

Vampires: Vampires were once divided in six clans Blood, Hate, Death, Anger, fury and Sheild. Each clan was different in their own ways and hated the others, they plotted agianst each other and nearly brought about the extinction of their own race. All of this ended when the Vampire Prophet Alsada told of the coming of darkness and that soon the lord of vampires would be born. For years vampires searched for this "lord" but to none avail. Yet in the darkness of a small town a vampire elder came upon a babe that he then nurtured to manhood. He named the babe Shal'kiras and taught him of all things, dark magic, weaponery and everything else. Once he was turned it became easily seeable he would not fit with any one clan for he had the powers of all but none of the weaknesses.
Rising in rank and power he soon took control of the vampire world and united them beneath his own banner. Marching on the world he plunged it into darkness, into a time when vampires ruled and nothing could stop them. Yet all things can not last forever and it all slipped away as humans took control peice by peice. In a desperate attempt he made a pact with a human king and stole the daughter of another king. He changed her and set her upon the throne of the vampire world. Into legend he vanished and the vampires seeing only a girl and not the daughter of Shal'kiras tried to take control. With an ironhand she crushed their attempts and ruled till the day she was staked through the heart.

Vampire synopsise: Vampires in this are much like normal humans except they have enhanced skills and sences. In some ways not as much as werewolves but in other far much more. They live forever and as they grow older their power grows with them. They are aristocatic nobles who see themselves above the human wretchs that are but food and slaves to them. Excelling in black magic they can do many things. Only Blood Vampires are Playable, under the rule of Kach`nag

VAMPIRIC CLANS

Hidden information:

Vampire Clans: The Six vampire clans Blood, Hate, Death, Anger, fury and Sheild are each different and special in there own way, though only blood is play able I will explain them. The Seventh Vampire clan is Shadow but there were only 3 known to ever exist: Shal'kiras, Prince Jadar, and Princess Rose.

Blood: A clan of vampires who had the greatest thirst for blood that could never be slaked (Much like blood elves and magic). A blood Vampire would go to any extent to feed even should it bring him ruin his inborn sence of predator would permanently kick in and take control of him. They are the weakest magic users and the second suseptible to weaknesses (Lack of blood mainly).

Hate: The tactitions of the vampire world. Hate vampires are the strongest and most strategic of all vampiric races, they make the perfect generals but at a cost. When you make a deal with a hate Vampire they will come back some day to collect. Extremly sneaky and sly.

Death: Death vampires the greatest vampires of magic. Vampires that have the power to reach back into the realm of the dead and drag forward things into the living. They are the weakest of all vampires on a physical level but give them time to say one incantation and all hell will reign free.

Anger & Fury: I'm combining these two because they are almsot exactly the same. These are the brutes of the army all brawns no brains. They are trained to be fighters from birth and practice daily no matter what. These are the ultimate fighting machine.

Sheild: A strange breed of vampire that came out of their hidden homes only at the time when Shal'kiras called them forth. They were the builders and forgers of things, the crafters of wepons, and sheilds. They built many ancient vampire castles and the greatest of there works still stands unscathed, The Rose Castle, They prized their craftmanship and keep to themselves.

Vampires Truth and Fact:
Hidden information:

Q: Staked through the heart kills a vampire?
A: No it mearly paralyzes a vampire and puts them into a state where they seem dead.

Q:Sun Light, does it hurt vampires?
A: If a vampire were to step into sunlight they would not burn as most people would think. When a vampire steps into sunlight their sight becomes greatly limited as if we were starting straight into a very bright light. The sunlight slows the regenerative power of a Vampire down by 40% and their physical power is cut straight in half. Also should a vampire stand in sunlight for to long the regenerative power will continue to drop until it has negative affects that will eventually kill the Vampire.

Q: Are there any items that can reverse the effects of sunlight?
A: Yes an Eclipse Shard is an item that very few vampires can find. It is an Item that reverses the powers of the sun and allows a vampire to move about in day like a normal human.

Q: Can a vampire cross over running water?
A: No. This is one of the few things that is actually extremely true. A Vampire may not cross running water (Ex: over a bridge) but may walk along the bottom of a river to cross.

Q: If a Vampire can't cross over a river what about rain?
A: Rain will slowly begin to build up on the vampires skin and just like sunlight will begin to lower their regenerative powers till it has negative reprecutions and eventually kills them.

It was a calm spring day in the town of Anise. Everyone was busy with the preparations for the upcoming festival that happened yearly, The Ecliptic Moon of Borean. When the moon became black and the red line of a usual eclipse turns blue was why it marked the occasion. Everyone celebrated the festival for it was said that on this night thousands of years before an Ancient Vampire had come to the town and raised it from a small little community to the great city it was 1,500 years ago. It was three days to the festival.

At the mayor’s house the servants were cleaning, the cooks were baking, and the gardeners weeding. Everything needed to be perfect for the huge dinner that would happen on the eve of the festival. A light knock came from the door and a whirl of feet could be heard coming from the stairs. It was Alice the mayor’s daughter. She ran for the door well letting the world knows "Edward is Home!"

The door opened and Edward in his normal tunic of deep blue lined with silver thread. He laughed as Alice hugged him and pushed him to the ground as they rolled down the hill in front of the house. Edward had been away for a week in the woods and undoubtedly the small package under his arm must be something special. Edward reached out his hand to help Alice up and they began their march back up the hill all the while talking of where Edward had been. It wasn't very exciting Edward had just been doing a routine search around the area to see if any travelers were coming or if the Ale at the Imperial Bastion had run out. It was one of those stipulations, as long as the Bastion had enough ale to be drunk they allowed the festivities to commence.

"Ah my son I see you have returned, you look well," greeted them the voice of their father the Mayor. Well not Edwards real father because Edward was adopted. "Alice what have I told you about getting your dresses dirty." Father chided.

"Dad don't give her to much of a hard time, she was just greeting me," Edward said defensively, "Also the Imperial Bastion is running low on Ale I think that they wil lbe sending some men down soon."

"Well we knew it would be soon. Fredric can you run down to the brewery and tell them to bring out some of the ale supplies?" Mayor Ferid asked with kindness in his voice. All of the servants weren’t really servants here they had chosen to live with the family and they had become like family over the years.

"Yes sir!" Fredric said dropping his tools and racing out towards the brewery. He slipped as he ran but kept his balance and kept on running. Mayor Jerid sighed.

"Lets come inside and talk of how the land is fairing." Father beckoned for Alice and Edward to go in.

"Race you to the Dinning room!" Alice whispered in Edwards ear and they raced into the house towards the Dinning room.

"Kids." Father sighed again and then caught a falling pot from one of the, "Easy as it goes Marel. Easy as it goes."

They sat around the oak table and discussed how the preparations for the celebrations were going. If everyone had what they needed and if anything would come in the way.

"All I know is that there were a few travelers on the road coming towards town. I hope they're merchants or at least entertainers!" Edward said.

"That would be lucky but did you do a survey of the surrounding farm lands? And do they have everything they need?" Father asked. He looked weary the streaks of gray and white in his hair were becoming more prominent and his eyes looked as if they could look no more. He looked like he could drop dead.

"Yes father I did, and all that I saw was that Farmer Fedlgaust will be coming to you because the stream that runs to his well has dried up. All the streams are drying up, its spring gods sake! How can there be a drought already?" Edward said well a look of anger flashed over his face.

"I'll see what I can do for him and the other farmers. Now you kids go have fun." He said well they got up, "Oh Edward don't forget that everyone in town is waiting hoping you will make a grand finally this year."

Edward went outside into the streets to look at shops with his sister.

OOC: No offense intended unknown, might want to go back with microsoft word and double check on your spelling

Felix walked quietly with a hood pulled over his face with the caravan, Master Thomas said he could travel with them, but most people found the silver haired and eyed look of a Vampire Hunter disturbing, the caravan was a group of merchants along with a few entertainers. They were traveling to Anise from a city far to the south for trading with the town and the Imperial Bastion.

Felix could care less if someone found his appearance disturbing, all he cared about was killing vampires, people were of no consequence whatsoever, all he had ever cared about was killing those murderous scum...

He hated vampires, with a passion...

Soon the caravan arrived at the sleepy town of Anise, the people there came out with cheerful greetings and asking of the news, soon the merchants began to setup and spread their wares for all to see, bartering began soon and the entertainers began to make arrangements with what appeared to be the mayor for the festival.

Felix had no need of a horse, perhaps that had been a mistake, the whole point of traveling with the caravan had been to avoid attention, but walking where everyone else was riding had been a mistake.

He shrugged, what did he care? It was minor enough it would probably be forgotten...Right...forgotten...what a fool I am! he thought inwardly laughing at himself, people always had the tendancy to remember what they shouldn't and tell who they shouldn't, oh well...

He walked away from the group and saw the inn, here he would stay, he walked up to the inn and-was promptly knocked over, his hood fell of his face and for a moment before his hand blurred forward and pulled it back up, his face was visible to the boy in the blue tunic lined with silver who had knocked him over.

"Er, sorry about that! Here let me help you up!" the boy said moving forwards to offer him a hand, Felix irritably waved his hand away and got up dusting himself off, "Boy, watch where your going, I don't have time to talk, move along." The boy didnt seem to know what to do, after a moment he nodded to himself and walked off.

Even better! Someones seen my face...my day is going to get better...I can tell...

That was interesting..... Edward thought to himself as he walked away form the Inn. He had gone to the Inn to find out where the merchants and entertainers would be staying and if there were to little accommodations. Well the Inn is packed full…. I guess I’ll be sleeping in the cellar well we have guests Edward looked at the sky watching the rain clouds come together. Oh what a dismal day.

Edward walked back to the town square to browse the item the Merchants were selling. The Merchants were selling pots, pans, flowers, perfumes, silk, and so many different items that could be used for various things. Edward stopped before a boutique that’s sign read “Magical Mayhem”. Edward was taken back for a second when he looked at the man behind the desk. He was old with white hair, a long beard reached down to near his waist but the thing that startled him most was that the crest the old man wore on a necklace. It was his family crest…….

“What are you staring at boy,” The old man said grouchily.

“Um uh nothing….. I was just looking at your amulet… Its nothing,” Edward stammered for the words and a lost expression crossed over his face.

“Ah so that’s what got you back. Most people are taken back because I’m so old but…. Wait…. Step back boy let me have a look at you.” The old man said with an air of authority. Edward took a tentative step back and the old man gasped as he looked at the crest on Edwards’s tunic. Quickly with one fluid motion he threw the Amulet to Edward and told him, “Hide that in some place safe, we will speak again soon.”

Edward stared dumbstruck at the Amulet in his hand. An intricate designee of a magical nexus and three animals was carved across the silver amulet. Edward put it into his tunic pocket and raced home to tell his dad that they would be having Guests.

OOC: I sort of have put Felix as a guest in the Mayors house if that’s ok with you Hunter? And I fixed the spelling.

The smooth day air was fair and the sky a rugged gray. The day mostly reflected upon a certain young girl's emotion, she was as happy as any child should be. The older male with her was sitting against a rock wall. His eyes lingered on the ground, as well as his emotion. The girl arranged a small flowerbed she had set up in the valley. People were surprised anything grew, yet the girl kept them alive. Her secret was the fresh water from the river and lots of sunlight. However, the river had been getting smaller throughout the week. She hoped she could keep the bed in it's condition.

The valley was teeming with life. Groups of people talked and laughed, some worked, some toiled. One just arrived into the valley and was running in a hurry. People were rushing over to see what happened. The girl was too focused on her flowers and the man didn't care. "Lucien, I need more water for them. The water I had is all gone now. We need to go to the river and get more today."

"Don't bother," a middle-aged woman said to her who came from the crowd. "The river's all dried up, there's a drought up north. I can give you some that I have from a spring close to here, if you want, little girl."

"That's alright, we don't need your help for that. However, if you're so quick to help, you can help us by getting on with your business and leaving." The man looked at her from his shady and dark seat. She looked at him with a cold frown and left. The little girl looked at the man with her, then back to her flower bed, then back to him again with a sad face.

"...Don't look at me so sad, Charlotte. I only do what I need to protect you. We may live here simply because we fit nowhere else, but I still do not trust a single one of them..." Lucien's eyes were back on the ground the whole time his sister looked at him, but he could tell she was upset. He may have turned cold, but he couldn't deny his sister when she was about to cry. "Don't worry, we'll find another source of water, the river isn't the only thing that..." Suddenly, it had just hit him, the river was down from drought, he could take Charlotte home and things could be like normal again. He looked forward at his hands as they hanged from his knee and saw the claws on his fingertips. His momentary hope had been somewhat crushed at the reminder that he still had the curse of lycanthropy.

"B-b-but where would we find that spring t-t-that lady talked about?" Charlotte's words were broken, she paused after a few words to sniffle. Lucien couldn't stand her like this, so he finally got himself on his feet. He knew something that would make her happy again.

"Don't worry about that. Dig up your favorites, now. Since the river's down, we can visit our clearing. Wouldn't you like to visit it?" Just as Lucien thought, Charlotte wiped away her tears, grew her cute smile again, and started digging up some of her flowers. When she had them, the two took off. Adrian watched as they left with his observant eye.

The two could see the remains of the river and it wasn't long before they had made it to the clearing. It was even more beautiful this time of year, as it got further into spring. However, there was a disturbance. The tall, wild grass around the place had been trampled. It was clear that someone had been here looking for them. Most likely, it was their parents, meaning they couldn't stay too long. Lucien looked to his sister and as she looked at their clearing with ambitious eyes, he figured it best not to tell her. "Well, what are you waiting for? Go ahead and plant those flowers. They'll look nice with the rest." Charlotte hurried to show the flowers their siblings. Lucien sat down with his back to the same trunk he used to. It brought back fond memories, fond memories he realized he might never have again. However, he saw how cheerful Charlotte was and heard as she hummed her tune as she planted. It was almost enough to lull Lucien into sleep, but Lucien instantly fought against that. He would not be sleeping here any time soon, or ever again.

Deep within the bowels of the earth within the heart of darkness, where no light of day could ever reach lay a subterranean world. A world where the creatures of the dammed lived and were ruled by the harsh laws Kach`nag, the Ancient Vampire Lord had placed down so long ago. He ruled this subterranean world filled with Witch’s, Warlocks, Demon, Zombies, Ghosts, and Vampires, all races no matter how different ruled under on banner united. The laws he had placed were simple: You live only as long as you can defend yourself and if you fail never come back. At his right side was the vicious vampire Karaan and to his left his Queen Al`asha, The Queen Of The Night. Each had control over everything though no one could change the Blood Lord law.

The great black spires of the obsidian castle reached up high and allowed view of the whole city from almost any balcony. Kach`nag looked down over his city from the balcony in the royal bedroom. “Come back inside Kach`nag. Dawn has not yet come and we do not need to sleep yet.” Queen Al`asha called softly. A few soft minutes passed and Al`asha came to rest at his side, she placed her head against his shoulder. Kach’nag turned his head and lifted her chin so her eyes were level with his, he kissed her and they both went back inside.

In the throne room Kach`nag looked down over the map of the Upper Kingdom. A vivid replica right down to every single tree had been created for him. His eyes trailed the rivers and then looked up to the northeast where the Rose Castle sat in disrepair. “I must fulfill my goal before they have time. They mustn’t do what they were created for.” He murmured to himself.

“What are you talking about milord?” A voice cool and calm cute through. Kach`nag turned and saw it was only his Advisor Atheron. Atheron was an old man who had come to this place on free will to serve Kach`nag. He was a warlock and sorcerer, very formidable and exceptionably powerful. He wore a black robe lined with red symbols and a burning pentagram.

“Oh it was nothing Atheron, you may go,” Atheron turned to leave “No wait send for lord Karaan I must speak with him.” A pained expression came over Atheron but a level star came from Kach`nag.

“As you wish milord” Atheron answered his voice like ice. He did make it generally known that he hated Karaan and wouldn’t be to sad if he was to die.

Hunter of Shadows
Kaaran sat idly in his spartan room...excuse me, rather he moved about the room, in a blur he practiced his combat forms, the room was rather large with braziers lining the walls along with a number of weapons hung up, he had no dummies for his superior physical prowess could annhilate one in seconds, no, his people were disgusting and pathetic, only Kach'nag had earned his respect, for the vampire lord had actually fought him in combat and won, every other vampire in his clan was a bunch of mewling pathetic worms who focused on their paltry magic...When they could have the world...the fools starve for blood, yet if they focused on their combat...they could feed at will...they would never hunger again, vampire hunters wouldn't be able to kill us, bah pathetic fools, I hold them in contempt for their weaknesses...

He growled as he bunched and kicked at air in a series of flying blows that hit nothing but air, he was bored, bored as hell here, nobody was here that could challange him nobody here to give him a fight.

He growled as he stopped his exercises, his senses felt the coming of that paltry old man, that warlock who wanted him dead, a worm like that human acted as if he was better than Karaan

He disgusted him, why the Blood Lord would allow a human to be amoungst the vampiric race, the chosen species, yet this human wanted him dead, acted "civilized" and like he needed to be polite.

Bah

Karaan got a decidedly wicked idea, though Kach'nag would probably hold him responsible if he found Atheron dead, but no harm would probably come if he had a little fun and see if the so called powerful warlock could cause him trouble, he jumped up above the door and stood, waiting for him to come.
Most vampires would be strained to hover there, not to Karaan, he stood on the air like it was the ground. Karaan wondered if Atheron would realize something was amiss when he saw no one in the room and the bedroom that went off in the corner that had the basic amenities was undisturbed.

Oh well

He scorned the lives of luxery of the other vampires, he saw it as a sign of weakness, for in his mind, it only made them softer and weaker than they already were, every day rather than go through the routine of the other vampires where they slept, he put himself through a fast from blood and went thorugh a strenous and grueling set of physical exercises, due to all of this and his practicing, and the fact as Kach'nag said that he was a new breed of Blood Vampire, the lack of blood no longer taxed his body or bothered him as much.

After these exercises he would then wash himself and dress, from there he would go out in the sunlight and hunt for blood, that was what made him a terror amoung humans, they called him "Blood Visage," or "Sun Stealer."

For to be honest, what humans expected a vampire in the day?
In some ways Karaan would rather go at night, but then his powers would be to strong, and here it was a test of his endurance and he got the best pickings.

Karaan grinned as he heard footsteps approach his door and tensed...the door creaked open and Atheron stepped through, the warlock started and then looked around wildly, then he was the bedroom was undisturbed and began to put two and two together

Humans, they never look up

Karaan grinned and then shot forward, Atheron barely managed to get his magical shields, Karaan pressed against them with perhaps a fraction of his strength, sparks flew and Karaan grinned demonically, Atheron screamed "What the HELL ARE YOU DOING!?"

He looked scared

Karaan said "Scared warlock? I'm wondering if your precious magics could protect you from my strength, ahhhh but oh well." Atheron snarled and muttered some words, several crackling bolts of scarlet lightning shot out from his hand, Karaan laughed and moved so fast it became readily apparent that they had missed. Atheron snarled hatefully "Would you come with me and stop this...this...barbarocity?! Lord Kach'nag has called for you and I don't have time." Karaan's face went from grin to cold, then after a moment a blow struck Atheron's shield, then another and another, soon the blows where coming from all aroundOOC: Remember Atheron is human, to say Felix Karaan wouldn't look like a blur blow after blow until...

It broke, and a blow struck the old man in the stomach and knocked him down, The old man coughed blood up and Karaan hovering in the air with an expression of animal rage on his face spat then said venomously "Barbarocity? What kind of scum do you think you are Atheron? You are a lowly human! Meant to be food for our kind to devour, and you dare act like your better just because your "civilized", don't give me that bullcrap, we are the superior race and always will be, I'll be going now, I will inform Kach'nag you are...incapacitated for now..."

Karaan then floated down, and stormed down the hall to talk to Kach'nag...

Kach`nag sensed Karaan coming and the smell of blood was in the air. Karaan must learn to control his temper. If he ever wishes to face the one who is bound in slumber. Kach`nag thought to himself. Karaan could be blunt and ferocious but the years of training had made him less Animal.

Karaan stepped into the room and bowed politely. It was Kach`nag’s third throne room the one that was open to the world for them to speak with Lord Kach`nag. A great obsidian throne stood within the center lined with gold and jewels. “Ah Karaan I was wondering what took you so long? I thought I might have had to come get you, to end your fun.” Kach`nag asked emphasizing the word “fun”.

“I did not mean to keep you waiting I was merely displaying my rights to that pathetic warlock Atheron. I can’t understand why you even have him around.” Karaan spoke with malice and contempt well a look of disgust passed over his face.

“If you ever gave Atheron the time you would actually see he is much more powerful then he seems. Sometimes I think he could be even more powerful then me.” A sense of awe filled his voice. “But that is beside the point. I have a mission for you in the upper world. You must seek out the town of Anise and find all you can of the towns history. It is said that the elders repeat their history on Borean’s Moon, which is three days from now.”

“I will do as you command.” Karaan answered.

“Oh Karaan if you don’t find anything at all don’t come back at all.” Kach`nag said as Karaan stalked from the room.

Edward lay down in his bed and the power of sleep soon overcame him sending him into the world of dreams.

A dimly lit hallway stood in front of him. The stones where worn from years of erosion and a shaft of light came down from the broken roof. The interior of the hallway looked as if it was a castle of sorts possibly but it seemed to be in disrepair. The sound of boots clanking came from down the hallway and Edward walked slowly towards the sound. He caught a glimpse of four men one in White Armor, one in Black Armor, one in Blue Armor and, one in Red Armor. A murmur of sound came from the one in garbed in black, “How do we know the time has passed for the recovery? Will the resurrection work?” His voice was troubled and was very, very concerned.

“Do not worry Danathar, everything will be ready all we must do is open the crypt and the supply of blood we have gained over the years will do the rest.” The White knight said well comforting Danathar.

“We are being watched.” The Blue Knight hissed, he pointed in Edwards’s direction.

“Come out child.” The Red Knight said and as Edward stepped into the light a flash of crimson light went out and all went black.

Edward woke with a start he was sweating and hyperventilating. It was just a bad dream. It was just a bad dream. Edward told himself as he drifted off into sleep.

OOC: Hey unknown, a tip here, when you jump from one part of a storyline to another(i.e. karaan to edward) should use a line like ------------ or something to seperate them, makes it easier and less confusing when reading it

Karaan was silent as he flew through the cold night time air, he had waited for night as it would be best if night was his cover. He was angry and disgruntled at being sent for spy work, why would Kach'nag not send him to fight rather than this...

“Oh Karaan if you don’t find anything at all don’t come back at all.” Kach`nag said as Karaan stalked from the room

Ingrateful Blood lord! After all Karaan had done for him he said such things? Generally failure was not tolerated amoungst the vampire kingdom, yet this...
Bah, if Kach'nag tried to have anything like that happen, Karaan would kill him himself, for to be honest, he had been defeated a long time ago, and he was far stronger since then.

Not that he was worried it would come to that.

Still, being sent on reconnaissance mission's was extremely ungrateful, Karaan suspected it had to do with his beating of Atheron, Kach'nag often knew of what happened in his citadel, disgusting that Kach'nag would punish him over...hmmmm...

A curious thought had crossed his mind, but after a moment he put it away for later, it didnt matter now and would get in the way of his task. Soon he came upon the village with its night time lights in the air.(OOC: I'm gonna make an assumption that their festival hasn't started yet)

Then a thought flickered across his mind as he stood in the air, his ivory parts would make it nigh impossible to blend in and do any kind of espoinage amoungst humans, so why had Kach'nag sent him? It made no sense...

Karaan narrowed his eyes, he was named after the god of blood himself, why should a small detail like that get in the way? It didn't matter, and he would succeed regardless.

He floated down to the forest around the town, he could easily hide there and feed off of animal blood to sustain him until he could truly feed, while animal blood could not keep a vampire alive, it could sustain him for a short time if he could not get human blood.

He grinned wickedly as he settled down and got ready to wait for their festival, he would find the information, and enjoy a little carnage and the sweet taste of blood...

It was dawn and the town was filled with anxiety for the upcoming celebration. The amount of devotion to this celebration that happened once a year was phenomenal. No one was left out and everyone had jobs to do.

In the mayors house everything was already moving. The breakfast table was set for the guests and everyone was going around ready to help. A maid asked Edward if he was ready for the Celebration. If some one asks me that question again I’m going to turn them into a toad!!! “Don’t worry Marel I’m fully ready.”

“Good boy. The town is breathlessly awaiting your event.” The look in her eyes was of a careing woman who loved everyone. Marel was like the mother Edward and Alice never had, Saline had died giving birth to Alice.

A scream of pain came from the front yard and everyone raced out to see what was wrong. Fredric writhed on the ground in pain and blood covered everything. A bone was jutting out of his skin broken.

“Oh my god, Fredric!” Mayor Jerid said a look of terror crossing his face. “Some one get the Apothecary or at least her Assistant! We need their Medical help!!!”

A man ran towards the Apothecary shop and what ever lay ahead……

OOC: The Apothecary is also sort of the doctor in the town well they are finding a new doctor. Dr. Ralf died two months earlier.

The townsfolk were likely to cause a distress, especially at this time of year. "I'm sorry," Yulia finally replied, thinking over the circumstances in her head. She sighed in a tone tone, wondering why something like this happens every year or so. However, after all of this time, she wasn't surprised anymore. The whole town woke up for this special occasion annually. Almost like a ritual. "Old Mama is out, and told me to take her place should anythng happen." Yes, she was confident enough that she could examine Fredric's leg. From what she had heard so far from the messenger, it wasn't good.

As Yulia arrived, many seemed to have lost the hopes in their faces. Yulia assumed that they were expecting Kispatchi, especially since Doctor Ralf passed away, recently. The only available doctor was too many miles away, and Fredric's leg risked infection. She followed the guides to Fredric, where he showed his out-stretched femur. "That doesn't look too good," Yulia winced a bit, somewhat shocked. What could he have done to get his bone out of line? "Well, if we don't get the bone back in its proper place, it's going to get infected, and we'll have to amputate it if worst comes to worst," she was not exaggerating. Her face was grim with no smile to support a lie. "It's going to be painful; I hope you're ready." Fredric looked like he'd endure the pain; he didn't to lose his leg entirely now, would he?

*snap* Yulia hit the bone downwards and it make a creeking noise. Luckily, the door to the room was closed. Fredric yelled bloody horror. "It hurts now," Yulia mentioned, "But it'd hurt even more if we left it like before." With Dr. Ralf gone, all of the responsibilities of doctor was burdened on Old Mama Kispatchi. Truthfully, not even she could handle all of the work, so Yulia got a share of a job. Dr. Ralf knew how to write, and recorded all of his formulas and techniques that he used on the job. Everyone, save Old Mama, thought that the respected elderly women taught Yulia how to do it, but she actually read the texts herself and practiced with the doctor's maniquinns. It was still their little secret.

The "doctor" looked at the leg again, making sure that the bone was relatively in place, put the a portion of the leg in a metal casting, then wrapped it with a dozen or so layers of wet adhesive. "The bone will fix itself overtime. The adhesives will dry, and get hard. In the mean time, you've got to use these," Yulia handed Fredric, who was laying on a bed still feeling the injury, a pair of- what looked like- long sticks. "They'll support your arms," Yulia became an example, placing the beams of fine wood on her biceps, one for each side of her body, "Like this." It looked odd, but Fredrick seemed to have innately understood that it'd be difficult to help him if he happened to put more strain on his leg.

Yulia opened the door and let a few guests come in. "Surely some of you have seen those," she pointed at the pair of the long, arm lifts. Some of the newcomers nodded in approval. "We need to make sure he uses them," Yulia addressed carefully. She looked at Fredric with a concerned eye, "Don't lose them!" He seemed like just the person who would.

Hunter of Shadows
Karaan sat boredly underneath the canopy of tree's that blocked out the sun, he had forcefully pulled the branches in such a way that they would block out the sun, the occasional ray here and there provided him all the illumination he needed, not that it mattered, during the day he put on a blindfold so the sun didn't hurt his eyes, his other senses sufficed for daytime moving about.

However, waiting was getting old...suddenly he lept to his feet and melted into the shadows, his ivory arm getting excited, someone was coming with soft footfalls. Soon a man cloaked in black robes adorned with death symbols.

A death cultist... the man stepped forward and said "Greetings Sun Stealer, I am a lowly acolyte of the death vampires, now that you are here at the rendezvous point I have a few things to make your mission easier." Karaan frowned, "Since when did the Death Vampire clan know about this? And why are they helping?" the robed man answered "They didn't Sun Stealer, I was sent here by Atheron to give you several items that would mask your...appearance."

Karaan frowned...why would...bah! It didn't matter. The man in black handed him a mask that looked like a crude version of a human's face. "What the hell kinda joke is this?" Karaan demanded angrily, the man smiled and said "This mask appears useless, but in reality it is magical and...will make your face appear as a normal humans...try it." Karaan grudgingly did so, after a moment he felt the mask begin to twist and reshape, soon it stopped, he felt his face and found it no different except his skeletal side was missing.

"This is reversible right?"

"Of course."

Soon he was given a cloak, gauntlets along with greaves for his ivory arm, and a pendant meant to greatly supress his aura.
"Why the pendant?"

The man shook his head "There is reports of a single digit vampire hunter in the town, it would be best if he didn't sense you due to your massive aura Sun Stealer, now I must be going." The man walked off without a word, leaving Karaan to once more, boredly wait.

The days passed slowly as the breathless wait of the Festival came, but finally it was here. Lanterns hung throughout the city and the smell of baked goods wafted through the air. The sun was already dimming and it was only about Two o’clock, the Eclipse was already beginning. An Eclipse that would last for two whole days, sheathing the world in a twilight state where only the blue light of the moon would guide you. The preparations were ready and all that needed to happen was for the sun to vanish and the world to enter night, then the festival would begin.

The children began to gather around Aldan the village Elder, he would always recite the history of the town to the children each year. Though this year would be a time to remember for it marked the fifteenth hundred anniversary of the third war.

The light began to dim and a soft blue glow came from the sky it was almost time, and then it happened something that had never happened before. A beam of pure blue light exploded from the north of the castle, as if from the center of The Rose Castle within old Anise. This had never happened before and it was not a good sign. A beam of light… coming from a castle that’s been empty for over 1000 years. This is not good…… Edward thought to himself. “Congrats Ed, that was spectacular!!!” Alice said as she hugged him. Edward tried to say it wasn’t but before he could he was bombarded with congratulations. Oh well at least that was more spectacular then what I had planned .

“Let the Festivities Commence!!” Mayor Jerid shouted and the party began.

Dancing and whirling to the beat the older couples where, and then it stopped. Alice had stepped into the circle and raised her hands looking at the band she clapped her hands three staccato beats followed by four legato. There were drums in the air as she started to dance every soul in the circle keeping time with their hands. The fire in soul was easy to see as she danced, like a gift from heaven that could save you from hell. The voices rang like the angels of the night, singing a melody so complex and old that it brought tears to the eyes of all. Whirling in circles with the moon in her eyes she danced into the night. Slowly the music faded away and she ended bowing respectfully. The great roar of applaud was so enormous it could be heard for miles around.

So the festivities went forward and true night began to fall, crowding around the fire everyone sat for now the time for history to be recited had come, for the time of children stories had passed and memories to be remembered. Aldan sat before the fire upon an obsidian stone, and his age old voice rang through the crowd silencing them with nothing but a whisper. “Hundreds of years ago this land was not over grown and run with bandits as it is today. It was a beautiful country apart from the Imperial rule that binds it so strictly now, ruled by vampires that weren’t evil as people believe them now. They were kind and fed not upon human blood. They protected our lands and we lived in prosperity, but this story is not one of how our land was prosperous, it is one of how that was taken away. How our world was torn right out from under us and how it impacted our lives-” Aldan paused thinking for a time “- this story is our history. Some would say that this is a lie and that the Imperials were only destroying the Evil Vampires. But how can they be so certain that Vampires are evil? That vampires aren’t just humans that are different? So I will tell you what happened 1,500 years ago, not with words but by showing you it. Though the eyes of one who once lived, fought and died.”

The fire grew and began to change from orange till it was blue, pure blue. Slowly images began to form and it seemed as if people lost themselves heart and soul into the flame.

-From the Mind of General Halkore

It was the final day of the siege of this accursed town, Anise. A town ruled by a vampire princess so beautiful, but deadly. The gates had been breached in the early hours of the day well the citizens had been resting. Immediately the men rushed through the opened gates to slaughter the few men that were guarding. Screams of pain filled the air and the sound of steel meeting bone were all that could be heard for miles around. From the eldest man to the tiniest babe thousands were slaughtered, few escaped. The men dragged the rotting corpses towards the town square where a great mound of burning flesh now sat. The reeking stench of decay rushed through the town and turned the stomachs of even the strongest men. Hours passed of this barbarism and I sat there within my pavilion thinking at how it had come to this. How we had reached this point of madness.

It had been six years before this day on a summer evening nothing like this. We had been told that the folk up in the north were planning a revolt and that we had to stop them. Oh how could we know where this would lead us? The Kings general staff had told us that Anise was a small town surrounded by walls of weak wood filled with people that were uncivilized and barbaric. That within the town people would waylay travelers and roast them alive to feast upon their flesh. I knew these stories must have been far fetched but how could they have prepared me for what awaited me in the far rugged north. In the cold shaded valleys of Nothhelm.

High standing walls of granite enclosed the proud town of Anise at the back of the valley. Anise was more like an Imperial City then a town, no it was even more splendid then the Imperial Cities of the many Countries I had visited. A gate of Adimentium blocked the way into the city surrounded by battlements armed by warriors. Sixteen towers lined the wall that enclosed Anise each at a strategic position. Lining the top of the wall stood warriors dressed in full Black Armor. A sense of devotion and loyalty beyond human comprehension hung over them. Where the banner of the King would usually stand a new emblem hung. A banner that was adorned with a single White Rose surrounded by runic writing inlaid with gold filigree. We commanded the men to open the gate to let us enter in the name of the King but merely all they did was send a message to the castle standing at the far reaches of the city. A great gleaming castle of white marble lay within the far end of the city. A man in white armor walked to the top of the parapet and demanded to know why we asked entry. He must be the lord of the manor was the first thought through my head but something didn’t seem right. He was referred to as the White Knight not milord or my liege but clearly he seemed to have some kind of rank for people to be taking so much care around him. In the name of the King we commanded once again for the citizens of Anise to lay down arms and open their gates. He laughed at us, then his face went stern and with a voice as old as time he commanded, “Turn back mortal knave lest yee and all of your worldly companions will die by the blade or fang.” So the siege of Anise began.

Six years passed and it came to this day me sitting here in my study writing away my adventure in the far north. My study was a calm quiet place that gave me time to meditate and contemplate the many things which had transpired. The wind rattled my window as it howled through the night bringing me back to reality. I put the quill down and paced the room thinking of how to compose a letter telling of how are travels had come to its conclusion. A scream echoed across the complex.

I ran just barely grabbing my sword, more screams echoed from the area near the gate. My heart pounding as I ran it rang out within my chest as if it could burst forth at any moment and I almost thought it would the moment I steeped out into the courtyard at the front of the complex. Hundreds of bodies littered the courtyard ripped apart in all ways and directions. A massacre so much worse then anything I had seen before, but standing in the middle of the courtyard without a single drop of blood on her, standing like a goddess was a woman.

She looked like she could be about 17 or 18 years of age, an exceptionable beauty. A luxurious mane of pure blond hair swathed around her head in the howling wind, well her dress of pink gossamer silk, so finely spun it could be almost as if it was spun by the angels themselves, tumbled around her. Her face oh, her face. A face the likes it would leave angels themselves speechless at a loss for words to describe its beauty, yet it was filled with a look of hatred and malice. She raised her delicate hand and like the wind four knights rode in ripping apart all in their path. The Knight in
White raised his sword to strike me but she motioned for him to not. So as quickly as the knights had come they vanished. She began to walk towards me.

“You asked me to open my gates. You asked me to surrender to a king who has no authority here. So you destroy everything-” tears welled up in her eyes as she looked into mine. “-my people, the only ones who ever cared about this land, and now you think that you can take this land and subvert it to change everything? You never will for I won’t kill you but I will let you kill me. Spare my children and just slay me. Here and now, but swear that you will never harm my children again.” Her tears flowed openly as she looked into my eyes and I saw the pain, the pain that had been caused by this crusade to subvert the northern kingdoms.

"How can I kill one such as you? You can't be taken from this world! I will take your bargin without need of your death, Live!" I had tried to reason with her.

"You are to kind but if I still live this land wont change as its ment to, it will remain forever as the way I had it before the Imperials destroyed it. You must kill me." Rose's voice of velvet struck right into my heart.

"But I can;t kill you...." I pleeded.

"Then I will kill myself." Rose answered back.

"No! But if you will not move from your veiw then I am compelled that I must slay you. I wish oh so much that I did not have to, this pains me so." I said succumbing to her wishes.

"Then Swear it!" Rose commanded me.

“I swear by my life that no one of the village of Anise shall ever be harmed again by an Imperial Warrior.” I scrambled for my words.

“I let you know now so that you may remind your people for the rest of their lives. Should any one from Anise ever be harmed, no power on this world will stop me from returning to return the world to its right course. Nothing Will Stop Me!” And with that she fell to her knees before me and I raised my sword plunging it into her heart. The look of pain that crossed her face for a moment faded and became a smile as she collapsed to the ground dead.

I will not forget the promise I made her that day and it shall be remembered forever.

The flames unnatural blue glow began to subside until it returned to the normal sooty orange glow of a fire. Many people just sat there contemplating what they had heard and seen. What they had lived through, the reason for the pain in the hearts of many and why memories so powerful still hung over this place.

Aldan stretched his legs and then sat down again to face the crowd, “So now you know the reason for our oppression under Imperial rule and why they are so careful around us. If one of us did die by their blade nothing would stop the tide of terror that would rise from within our lands.”

The festivities continued into the night but nothing could stop the people from thinking about their history.

At about two fifteen Tina was walking through the forest, her family had been outcast from the town because her father had murdered some one. Some unimportant merchant that charged far to much and didn’t care about anyone. As she walked through the forest the light began to fade and she knew that the celebrations of Boreans moon would soon begin. Loud boisterous voices could be heard up ahead in the clearing she was walking to. Tina stepped behind a tree and looked out into the clearing. Four men sat there on various rocks drinking ale the symbol of the Imperial legion was on their armor. One man looked up and saw her, “Hey little lady come here and drink with us.” His companions looked at Tina as she stepped into the clearing and walked towards them.

Time passed as they sat and drank till it was almost dark and then it happened. A man put his hand on her breast and said how beautiful she looked, he was wondering what she looked like under all those cloths. She knew how this would go and tried to fight back but when she scratched a man across the eye his blade lashed out and cut her across the chest. As she fell to the ground she saw them running and from the north a beam of light so intense and blue………

Karaan stood in the shadows as the festivities around him moved about in total unconcern, the blast of blue light had startled him, and troubled him, the aura from that blast had been massive, not to mention...

He had been busy throughout the whole festival avoiding the vampire hunter who moved about the crowd, while the amulet would supress his powers, Karaan doubted that it would supress them if the hunter was standing next to him

Not that he cared, but until he had gathered all the information Kach'nag had wanted him to, when that was over he could kill the vampire hunter, after all, there had been nothing in Kach'nags orders that said he couldn't kill and slaughter after his mission was complete.
The villagers did not notice him, to busy in their own revelry, and he could blend in with shadows well enough that they would not notice.

He hated doing cowardly things like that, but having such skills were needed for when they were required...suddenly his attention shifted, he realized where that blue burst had come from...or rather he suspected...hmmmm...

He had always hated living underneath the rule and banner of Kach'nag, he wanted to be his own vampire...perhaps...

He put the idea away until later, he needed the help of another to accomplish what he would want...then...

Someone bumped into him, he stumbled back in surprise against the wall, then a women said "Oh hey! Why are you skulking back here all by yourself? Come on!" Grabbing Karaan by the hand he was led into the dance

Karaan was disgusted beyond belief, but forced himself to smile and go along with it, his hood had fallen off, after closer study he observed this to be the mayor's daughter.

Bah

He shook his head inwardly as he was led away in the dance

Lucien was with Charlotte, the two peered in on the whole situation. Such a display of Legion drunkards weren't good for Charlotte. The two wouldn't have come if the yells of drunk men didn't distract them from the clearing. It wasn't too far away.

Lucien was about to take Charlotte back, but he heard one of the men yell out. "Hey little lady come here and drink with us." Lucien had almost popped a nerve at the thought...He turned to see what on earth would possess them to believe Charlotte would...And yet he stood corrected, they were speaking to someone else. Who was she? She had come from the village, no doubt. Lucien changed positions to get a better view through the foliage. Charlotte seemed as interested in the lady as Lucien was. It was someone who might remember them.

It wasn't long before one of the soldiers came on to her. Lucien saw where this was headed before it got started, but he didn't expect what would happen next...She was violated, she fought back, the man denied her choice, she was cut, she fell. Lucien stood up immediately, but was nearly thrown off his feet from the beam of blue light that erupted in the distance. The soldiers stepped out of their drunken stupor and ran. Lucien took the opportunity, "Quick, Charlotte! We must do something to help her!" Charlotte accepted the seriousness of what had occurred. She seemed worried for the lady. Lucien could not help thinking of that intense blue beam. Perhaps it was just visuals in result of the festival. However, to be such a coincidence as to occur when she was struck? And to be so far away from Anise? Something wasn't right and Lucien could feel the need to shudder.

The two of them hurried out of the bushes. Lucien brought up her torso in one arm, leaning her up. Charlotte looked at the wound, it was obviously too complex for her to do anything. He had to take her into town, had to find someone who could help her. As much as he didn't want to return to Anise yet, he wouldn't let this girl's life be on the line for his cowardice. "We must hurry, Charlotte. We will take her into town and find someone who can help her. Don't worry." Charlotte let out a few tears, just as was expected from the whole situation. Lucien slid his other arm under the girl's knees and lifted her up like a groom would a bride. Lucien motioned to Charlotte and the two hurried into town.

People were celebrating, cheering, and dancing. There were a lot of musical instruments playing. Lucien didn't care, he looked left and right. He had to find someone that knew what to do. He approached a man he didn't know, thankfully. "Excuse me, can you direct me to the apothecary? Mama Kispachi, someone else, anyone!" The man simply pointed to a woman. "Thank you," Lucien responded as he hurried to her. "Excuse me, this girl needs your help. Can you please do something, anything!"

(OOC: To be perfectly clear, that woman is Yulia, Star.)
