Not a fan of the bright blue or the mix with purple, seems too bright for my tastes. Other than the feet, I'd say you got the shape and so forth pretty well-done. Good job there. I'd imagine his feet being a little bigger, oh and also -- His front legs seem slightly ambiguous in how they bend. I can't tell which way the joints bend, so maybe less curviness and more definition would be helpful there.

Still, you're getting better. Keep at it!

the wings...my god, those wings...jesus christ...I'll have nightmares...why did you have to mutilate the poor dragon like that? There are some weird things other than that, but the wings...wings...

Yeah, Ill defiantly redo those so they are folded and don't look so mutated.

Posting a smaller image would help as well, the thing is HUGE and hardly worth the resolution, i cant really properly comment on it this way and i cant be arsed to import it to photoshop and resize it myself.

From what i can see though the linework is verry irregulair. Try to get nicer, smoother lines that dont go from thick to thin at random.

Wow, you uploaded a 2000x2000 px image? Why'd you do that

Word of advise, keep the resolution low when you showcase images like this. As it looks "better" that way too.
The wings could use some sexual healing. And the head, well. It's a early WIP. I'll wait to comment further until I've seen some more progress on this :)

Keep working! :)

One word:

Musculature.

Seriously, you only do yourself a disservice by rushing to the end look. Take the time to make the musculature work, and then it will look better and more natural.

the front legs are on backwards... and the wings are wut?

i think maybe spend more time getting the shape right, and less shading the purple scales ^^
