As the title says, there 2 abilities on my map (on 1 hero) which are both based on 'channeling'. I know that than I change the 'Data - Base Order Id' there shouldn't be any crossovers, but they are there... Both abilities have a follow throug time (4 seconds), so they're really channeling. Now I would like to know, how to adjust the abilities correctly or what other ability I could use instead (it should be channeling, unit-targeted and the target unit should be able to move free). Thanks in advance :) |

Change the order IDs and it should be fine. What do you mean by they 'block' each other? |

I think it means they clash. Change the field labeled "Data - Base Order ID" to anything, just make sure it's different between the two. |

Yea, I mean the abilities clash... the activate each other and that stuff. I allready had different Ids, but they clash anyway... I don't get it, cause it worked (in other maps) quite well. ![]() ![]() As you can see, both spells have different Ids... Or do I have to change anything further? Like the OrderString or some Data - Options??? |

Okay, I think I realize the problem. Both Magnetism positive and negative are based on channel, so their base ID is conflicting. Just change it to something random like slow or whatever and see if it fixes it. If it doesn't, we'll go from there. However, Channel does work when you change the ID, I'm one hundred percent positive, it has to be something silly. (Notably, your object editor looks a lot different than mine, makes it tough to understand exactly what's happening) |
