My engish is pretty crap so I will try to explane my problem in my best way.
Removing spells from a specific spellbook that was added to that spellbook by another spellbook dummy ability causing the spellbook that the ability was removed from to quit from it so you have to enter to that spellbook again to use its other abilities. So how can i do that removing the spellbook dummy ability wont cause it or just make the spellbook carring unit to automaticly use the spellbook Base Order ID after the remove quited from it?

Took me like 5 minutes to actually understand.

Just order your unit to open the spell book through triggers.

Rather than remove those abilities, why not just disable them?

disabling them will make them invisible until i will enable them again?

Yep. That's what Blizzard does in their Campaigns: I.E. Thrall can't use Far Sight in Caves, Blizzard disables on Init and the ability is invisible. Yay!
