I have'nt been to my old haven for a while, so I figured I would show how some of my work has increased in skill over the...however long its been.

So without further adeu, the Hulk Rider.

Long ago the Elves of Lorn'fell tamed these great feathered raptor like beasts and mounted them to wade into combat, saddled high above the field of war upon their graceful saddles, driving these hulking monstrosities through line upon line of enemy soldiers, impaling those who stood in their way upon their long spears, and the powerful tusks of the beast, shouting warcries to their god on high, as the lofty banners waved, and the blood of their foes splattered upon their faces, and the hides of their titanic mounts...

It's really hard to follow in a lot of places and the proportions look off in a lot of places too. Can't really comment on topology without a frame. Otherwise though, it's definitely not bad, but it could certainly use to be better. I trust TDR will give you the rundown when he sees the topic. :p

Ultimately it has proportion errors and (Looks like it has) topological errors as well. It's hard to zoom in and give specific details without a topological map of the model and bigger shots. Either way it looks really, really sloppy (Hard to follow what's going on).

lol is that a female riding? in priest robes? it looks ok but yeah the poly count is pretty low. and if its supposed to be big in game I'm worried about how its going to look. the back legs are awkward though, they wouldn't bend like that unless it was walking on its toes.

Please remove that terrible light, we can't see the model well and it can hide many errors. Also post wireframes please.
And unless you're going to post here exclusively finished, textured models, I'll move this to the modeling & animation forums (not a bad thing, but I want to keep the gallery for finished stuff only).

Elenai, you have 3ds max, correct? Use it to render

I agree with everyone else. But... one thing they haven't mentioned is that the tail is stubby and would only be good for tripping a giraffe. XD

Honsetly, the tail needs to be 3 times as long and perhaps drap on the ground. Just a suggestion. It's your choice whether or not to follow it.

At the moment, the model is in milkshape pending animation, if I can get it back into max I'll make a render, (if I can do one well enough)

don't render! just take a screenshot of the viewport.
