Do either Vex's optimizer or PitzerMike's Widgetizer reduce model size or is there a seperate program that does this? OR is there nothing you can do? |

there is an mdx squisher or you could always open the model and slice out crap |

No, there is a far better way. Assuming you are referring to .tga minimap previw image. What you need to do is change it from rgb color to indexed color mode. This is a highly optimized compression that will give you an end result of ~64 kb with no noticeable loss in quality. |
