Conflict of Atralis, or simply ConofAt, is a Warcraft III Frozen Throne map that can be played by 1 to 10 players, and up to 5 vs 5.

What are the features of ConofAt?
- AoS/DotA gameplay
- Dalaran Tileset
- Three Altars with cool heroes(Lords, Masters and Guardians)
- Over 40 usable items with over 40 special items
- Has never-before seen spells
- Purchasable units from both clans
- Over 10 kinds of neutral hostiles with two great monsters, Amania and Zaferas
- Game Modes (Lane Options, Rune Options, Fun Options and more)
- Artificial Intelligence (beta)
- Imported Icons and Models

Wouldn't it be smarter to have just posted this in the Conflict of Athens thread since they're the same map but with different versions and a new word to replace Athens?



Good luck with this map since I'm unable to give some good commentary because I don't have WC on this computer :p.

If I see entire heroes made up of Blizzard skills when I test this, it's just going to the graveyard. And for the love of God, you still didn't follow the map submission rules..

Lord of the Elves:

Mana Shield

After playing the game twice, both of the heroes I played had standard blizzard abilities. I'd assume this is the situation with the other heroes, as well.

Why did the abilities have book icons, anyways?

I think this needs to become an official rule, excepting of course Melee maps or EXTREMELY well execution; or Blizz abilities that have been well modified (do the same thing, but damage/tooltip/name/special effects/etc. have been changed) and are cohesive.

1. The reason why the research icons are books is because they have to be learned. I dont know but learning just came into my mind.

2. The heroes in the altar of Lords are the first heroes i made, especially Lord of Hammers, Lord of Elves, Lord of Magics and Lord of Dwarves. Sorry but I am not so good in world editing when I created those but, as your request, I will improve the skills of the heroes.

By the way, what is the thing that I didn't follow in the map submission rules?

Sorry but I am not so active in wc3campaigns.

Don't worry, I'll make it better on the next versions....

If you read the rules, it says you need the number of players supported by the game in parenthesis before the thread title. (X) Conflict of Athens, for instance.

Anyways, please don't submit maps that are well under the quality bar for the database. It's okay to use blizzard skills sparingly and with substantial thematic editing done, but entire heroes made up of them is not acceptable.

Moved, again, to maps and campaigns for further development.

Ok... How about using a different model on a skill? For example, the Divine Shield. If I change its model(the yellow thingy), is that acceptable already?

The Blizz abilities need to be cohesive and greatly modified. For example, I made Starfall into Blizzard by changing its icon, tooltip, damage, waves, interval, and model to look like a completely different spell. That is what is required.

And even then, Blizzard abilities often times don't go well together unless they were originally designed together. So you need custom abilities, even if they're simple. Nobody said they had to be epic-level 500 line vjass monsters. For example, I made a point-target fan of knives. Only required like, 8 lines of actual code.

Ok... I'll import more cool models and icons... Hope that the map wont have a large file size.

Btw, what can you say about the terrain? Somebody said it was so bland and linear that's why I improved it...

Anything you want more? Things that will make this better?

-The dummy casting bugs were removed.
-Some skill descriptions were modified also.
-Some more minor bugs were removed.

-Stealmaster's LifeSteal was removed and replaced with Weaken
