Royal Queen Model by: Dan van Ohllus (aka Kuhneghetz) Descriptions: A queen is a qualifying reference to a female monarch, possessing and exercising all of the monarchical powers of a ruler. This interpretion of a queen is inspired by an amount of queens from the victorian era, thus she has that pale make-up on her face. Model descriptions: Head and upper body is based on Villager Woman. Crown, collar, skirt and scepter are made from scratch. Animations taken from various wc3 units. Portrait model and icons are included. 100% ingame textures. YOU MUST GIVE ME CREDITS IF YOU USE THES MODELS IN YOUR MAP!!! Feel free to edit this resource for your projects as long as you credit me for the resource you based it from, so please disregard the outdated permission part in the readme file. Icon paths: ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNRoyalQueen.blp ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTNRoyalQueen.blp UI\Glues\ScoreScreen\scorescreen-hero-royalqueen.blp MDX files can have any path, though the portrait model must be in the same path as the main model. Enjoy! ;) UPDATE: - Grayhaired eyebrows added to match with the queen's haircolour. - "Sideburns" on her cheeks removed. - Bottom part of the neckles has been altered a bit. BONUS: I've now included attachment models of the crown and the scepter/sceptre so you can turn your unit into a king/queen. They both have teamcolour support (only if you attach them via an edited aura ability). I've provided two version of each attachment to increase the usefulness and I'll mention the differences. RoyalCrown.mdx This version fits with units like Villager, Villager Female, Sorceress and Archmage. RoyalCrown2.mdx This version fits with units like Paladin and Archer. RoyalScepter.mdx This version fits with smaller people like Villager, Villager Female, Sorceress and Archmage. RoyalScepter2.mdx This version fits with larger/bulkier people like Paladin, Arthas, Ogre and Grunt. You are free to change the position and size of these attachments for your own projects (because that type of edit is so minor) so they will fit to your unit when attached, but for other edits, you'll need my permission. Required attachment point for the crown is "Head". Required attachment points for the scepter is "Hand, left" or "Hand, right", depending on which hand the unit will hold the scepter with. |

Awesome, I love that you did add the scepter like I suggested, since I find it making the model more useful. I do still, however, find the texture on the bottom part of the dress repetitive. |

very nice with the low file size |

This is so amazing, such a small file and fine quality. And a great idea too, there are so many Kings, but no Queens. |

This is rockin'. |

Good model, but there are two things that I didn't like: -As said before, the bottom dress is very repetitive, and would look better in white. -The face is very skeletical. Eventhough, great job.Hope this is approved. |

Such a bony face is somewhat scary. The eyebrows don't appear to be the correct color, as well. Oh, and they seem too bushy for a queen. Ah well, I guess that's what happens when you use the texture from the high elven archer's face. It would be nice if all of that red was team color, thought that may be going too far. |

But yeah, this is really useful. |

The reason I wanted that semi-thin face is to give her a more eldery and cartoony feeling (something like Blizzard did to the knight with his humongous jaw). And about the "eyebrows", it was intended to be some kind of an eye-make-up thingy. |

Hmm... That necklace looks a little... Strange for a queen. However the model itself is nice, I'd just recommend replacing that necklace with a golden necklace or anything that looks a little bit more royal. This one looks like a wooden talisman of some tribal shaman, or something. |

You should definitely remove the hair on the sides of the face, they give that weird shape on the face which makes it look like a mask. Also the chain on the necklace looks kinda funky. If possible, you should use the same pattern as the necklace. Lastly, the TCed dress should reach the bottom too. |

You should change his eyebrows, maybe purple make-up instead would look better |

This is cool. The dress colors are fine, but I agree that the sideburns really need to go. It would also make more sense (regardless of what you say) to use a grayer and not blonde eyebrow color. Makeup doesn't fly off your face like that. I dig everything else. Fix those things and it'll be approved. |
