how would I make a visibility modifier that faces the way a unit is facing?
I looks into it and 'Region With Polar Offset' isn't available.

I'm not quite sure what you want, do you mean so that the unit sees what is front of it rather than having a circluar visual radius?

If so, use visibility modifier circle, something like this works:

Visibility - Destroy PeasentVision
Visibility - Create an initially Enabled visibility modifier for Player 1 (Red) emitting Visibility from ((Position of Peasant 0000 <gen>) offset by 500.00 towards (Facing of Peasant 0000 <gen>) degrees) to a radius of 600.00
Set PeasentVision = (Last created visibility modifier)
