Okz people. I wanna know if any of u gosu map makes out there know a good creep spawn for an Open RPG. I dun like that classic one where u just wait a while then revive the unit. Cus units can end up halfway across the map. >.<. I don't think that one where u have a spawner that spawns creeps until u kill it would be all that great on an open rpg, unless u can convince me otherwise. But if u have anything that would work well plz help. U beeee soooooo helpful if u have cus i really need a good spawn system and i can't think of one. Thx 8) |

Create a region where the initial spawns are. Gather those units into a unit group (variable). Create a trigger that detects when the last unit in that unit group dies. As actions, have it wait like 30 seconds before creating the new creeps in that region. Group these creeps into the same unit group the previous were in. |

Yeh...I was thinking about that...O well i guess ill do that. It's just gunna take a while seeing as though im puttinga lot of creeps on the map... lol.. |

I dont suppose you did a search and found this My system respawns creeps where they were placed rather than dies, it also respawns entire camps at exactly the same moment. And uses no regions. edit: Heh posted at the same time as allpainful. |
