total newb here

hey guys i'm trying to get into skining and i need sumthing that lets me. if u know where i can get it will u plz leav a link or sumthing.

www.adobe.com < Adobe Photoshop can edit image files. Almost any program tat can edit image files can be used for skinning. This one I find the best but its a trial, it can be cracked :( but I dont think that stuff is allowed :( Paint Shop Pro works good also.

i got some sofware called photo impression 4, it looks crapy, and kinda is, but it came w/ my new comp and im able to use it for skinning, so at least now i dont have to pay a crap load of money for photoshop
