I've been tinkering around in World Edit these past few days. Looking through all the models for something to use. I stubled under the "Game Interface" category. I've seen all the crap in here before but never really looked at what they made. Such as Orc Backdrop V0. It's just got all that crap but if u look up in the sky, its made a moving clouds that can create a great atmosphere for your terrain. Look at the screenshot to see what I mean. The Orcdrop V0 is like 1 of 5 that have moving skys, i forgot which have them and which don't. Anyways I just wanted to share that with you guys because it's something I had no idea about till now and I dunno if maybe everyone else new that or not... |

Guest | i wonder how u create clouds??? |

well to make that sort of moving cloud effect i create a very small verison of the campaign gluescreens. Then I put it ion the middle of my map and raise it up really hihg, then its not visible ingame and you get a cool sky effect, this works only because the sky effect in the models of the gluescreens are cover about 50 times more area then the actaul model itself. |

I remember seeing things like this a while back. One of them was used by [Death] (while he was known as Pure_death1492 before he got his name changed). The thread is here . |

Nope. It's one of the Orc Glue Screens. I still remember that thread. I changed the sky though... Combination of two glue screens now. |
