Is there any way to hit a unit with 100% evasion with a regular attack? I thought for sure when its asleep it wouldn't be able to evade, but it seems to work anyway. Maybe if i made it a buff, and made it so nets and sleep removed it.

Pretty sure you can't be attacked, abilities like Bash/Critical Strike might be able to hit it, but I doubt it...

If you want to remove it, you can remove abilities, even without converting it to a buff (not 100% about what you meant with that tbh), you can also add the ability again afterwards...

Splash damage will hit, and if you pause the unit, you can hit it.

You can also hit it if, as mentioned, you remove the evasion temporarily, and I think critical and bash can also hit it, because they have a field in the object editor that's named "data - never miss".
