WE Unlimited is an extension to the normal world editor that adds quite a bunch of additional features to it. For example it enables you to use up to 16 tiles per map, adds quite a bunch of new interface strings and enables you to make steep hills. It also includes a collection of JASS scripts for you to use, although most scripts are a bit outdated. Better look at http://www.wc3jass.com for more up-to-date scripts.
